Paid for a car wash and was about to pick up guests so I tried to vacuum my car. Which is not allowed. The manager came out and said I had to pay to vacuum. Customer service was terrible.

Truck was cleaned well yet it made me quite nervous with how HARD the liquid solutions and cleaning pads were hitting my vehicle. I've never had that happen.
Also, there are NO free vacuums even though the Car Spa website says that there is. Everything you have to pay for.

This is the only place I take my car for a wash. I probably drive past 6 other car washes but this is my go to place. Yohan and the team made my car look brand new today, even cleaning the mat in the trunk of my car when I asked him to. Great service!

I had a mini detail of my SUV last weekend and am still so happy with it. My car looks brand new. I had the headlights restored and Rafit did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
