I experienced some inconvenience trying to do the cancellation of the membership.
Luckily, Jorge Trejo who was a visiting Manager that particular day I called in frustration; I explained the situation and he went above and beyond to do the Cancellation by phone. I did feel heard and appreciated as costumer by the way Jorge handled the situation. The company Ocean Blue car wash refunded me through a claim on my credit card the amount that was charged on my credit card.”
