I want to give a huge thank you to Jocelyn and the manager at Carter’s for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me after an issue occurred at anothe
r location. Their professionalism and dedication were evident as they helped me resolve the mistake and ensured I received my rewards.
This was my first time opening a Carter’s card, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Jocelyn, in particular, was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. She made me feel valued as a customer and truly earned my trust.
Because of this wonderful experience, I will always choose to come to this store and look forward to being assisted by Jocelyn again. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant and rewarding experience!

Sabeen was very dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. I understand there are daily tasks to be completed but this should not be at the expense of the customer. If she had just took a minute to check on the two items I was looking to exchange (which were out of stock).. It would’ve saved me 30 mins of searching all over the store.
I will not be back to this location. There are other Carter’s around that provide better customer service.

Store clerk lied to me about a soft-pull on my credit. I took my wife and 4 year old daughter here to buy some clothes. At the point of sale, the clerk asked me to sign up for a credit card. I told her I didn't need one because I didn't want an inquiry on my credit. She said it was a "soft-pull", so I agreed without reading the fine print. 4 days later, my credit score dropped from a 770 to a 748 because of a new line of credit and a hard credit inquiry. I do not need credit, and only agreed because she assured me it would not affect my credit. No one in their right mind would take a 22 point credit dip for a hundred dollar purchase, when they have plenty of money in their bank to pay for it.

It’s your average regular carters. I had to wait in a long line for a pickup order….kinda defeated the point of doing the order online
