I want to share my experience with Evelyn, a teller at this bank. She was SO helpful for my husband and I. She was not the one scheduled to help us but took time out of her schedule to calmly and patiently help us to get everything done we needed. We really truly appreciate it.

Misti was very kind and helpful in getting my father’s account closed down after his passing. She answered all the questions and was very personable, sharing her own experiences. She made me feel comforted during a really hard time.

Chase Bank does not communicate with the customer about any issue they are experiencing. I was not notified why we were not getting are deposits due to there second parties they dealt with .There was no communication between the bank and the costumer about the issue they were having. Not even an apology or how long it was gonna take to resolve the issue. My company had to pull strings to make sure that we were getting paid. The bank didn't give a damn.If they work with a Federal Reserve they need to make sure that people's deposit are being transfered into their account. I am thinking about switching institutions. How do we know this is not gonna happen again..I deffinitly been thinking about switching to another bank.

I’m out of town and really needed a check - i have a military account with Chase. They refused to give me a check because my license was expired by one day and wouldn’t even accept my military ID either. Why am I banking with Chase again? So unreliable.

This is now the second time that I have deposited cash and received an error message, with no credit to my account. Chase needs to fix their ATMs as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Calling customer service over and over to get access to my own money is absolutely ridiculous. The branch managers, as well as chase themselves should be embarrassed.

I was told no one was available to help me get a document notarized although the same lady with bad attitude that has assisted me with this same matter was present and clearly available.

Never answers the phone ever. I even had Chase customer service request a call back from this location. Two weeks later... nothing. Seems extremely shady.

Crappy service. Call to ask a simple question during regular business hours. Navigate the automated system only to be told "sorry, we can't talk right now, call back later". No way to leave a message, no way to hold for help. CAll the 800 number and they can't answer local branch questions. Ridiculous.

I cashed my paycheck and took it to this location. The bank was closed so I deposited my cash to the ATM. While processing my deposit, the ATM displayed and error message. The ATM kept my cash but didn't credit my account. That was over $1000 and was all that I had. I called customer service who filed a claim and said it would be three to five business days before I could get even a partial credit; today is Friday so the claim wouldn't start processing until Monday. I explained that without those funds, I had no money for food, gas, bills, etc. I asked for an immediate credit of just $100 to live on until the claim processed. They refused. When I requested a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor would say the same thing and then they hung up on me. I understand that these things happen. I was totally willing to wait on the remaining funds if they could credit the account with just enough to live on and basically got told, "too bad" .People trust banks with their means of survival and should feel comfortable that, if a situation like this arrive, there is a contingency plan in place to ensure customers aren't left with nothing. A financial institution such as Chase, are well within their means to provide a temporary credit.I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated; not to mention flabbergasted at this institution's lackadaisical approach to resolving this matter. Once I get my money back, I am closing this account and moving to an institution that understands the significance of managing someone's money in a way that doesn't leave them with no means of survival.******Update******The bank closed my investigation stating that there where no other issues reported on that ATM so I would not be receiving any credits to my account. When I requested the details of the investigation, I was told those could no be provided and I would need to have them subpoenaed. I have already reached out to a lawyer. I am dumbfounded as to how a multi-trillion dollar company, the 5th largest bank in the world, can be so callus and disengaged when it comes to protecting their client's livelihoods. It's now the principle of things and I refuse to sit back and allow them to steal money from me. I'll update when with a resolution as soon as I have one.

What's the point of a physical bank location if you can't actually do anything at the bank?

I will never do business here with this branch McDermott cor Waters. First incident happend twice in a row in two seperate week, the first week (Tuesday) I left early at work to get to their office before they close at 5pm to speak to one of the branch officers regarding my account , at first I got to their office at 4:49pm and the front door is already closed but the sign said they close at 5pm. I didn’t bother at all thinking they had a policy to lock the doors 10 mins. before closing time at 5pm so I just left. The following week had the same incident but this time it wasWednesday I got there 15 mins early and same issue door is lock, I tried knocking and the lady (which is an Indian w/long hair) looked at me and walked away did not even talk to me, in short ignored me. SECOND incident, this morning I went there at 7:45am parked infront of the building beside the handicap parking space and saw the sign they open at 9am so I had some time to go to the website to check my account, while I was on my phone at around 8-8:15 a toyota grey car parked beside me asking me to leave the premises (in a mean tone of voice) and said park somewhere else away from the building so they can open the office and I respond that Im waiting here for the office to open so I can do my business with my account and she repeat it again that I need to leave and park somewhere else away from the building because they need to open the office (that was around 8:15- 8:20 am), while I was still talking, the lady said they open at 9 am and rolled up her window. So I left and park kinda away from the building and saw the lady’s car parked where I was parked and another white SUV parked beside her car. I WAS TREATED RUDELY AND WILL DO MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Best of luck Chase Bank, I may be an average client but I don’t desserve to be treated that way. Im closing my accounts at Chase Bank.

Their phone number is completely useless. I've tried to reach them for a couple of days and still can't get through, only hung up on. They are very frustrating to work with.

Professional, friendly, patient service. Honest about my financial limitations as a foreigner and advice on how to build credit. I tried a few different banks before settling on this one, and they can't compare. So I can't understand the low ratings. This place is great.
