Olivia B. was very rude and hostile for no reason. I came in there regarding what customer service told me over the phone; and I was misguided. Not a huge deal. I took my identification back and told her it’s not that serious so there’s no reason to talk to me like that. It’s like she was immediately frustrated that I came here misguided. Overall my intentions weren’t to go in there to argue over 12$ fees. She was immediately hostile and rude pointing out how wrong it was about how the account works when I just explained how I just wanted to close my account if I’m going to continued to be charged as a college student. And I told her I wasn’t comfortable with her closing my account with how rude she came across. She claims I was; but the thing is I was in there with a busy toddler and my focus was trying to keep him entertained so I could get out of there. I don’t think I deserved to be treated that way when I am just a college student trying to resolve my account. She doesn’t need to be working in customer service. She did try to help by “calling”, but it felt like it was more like she was hell bent on proving someone wrong to start an argument with how her attitude was about the whole thing.

I notice that the bank has a bad reputation notifying people about issues. For example this weekend I did not receive my deposit from work due to federal reserve issue. No message or notification on when the issue will be resolved.I think I will be switching banks.

I cashed my paycheck and took it to this location. The bank was closed so I deposited my cash to the ATM. While processing my deposit, the ATM displayed and error message. The ATM kept my cash but didn't credit my account. That was over $1000 and was all that I had. I called customer service who filed a claim and said it would be three to five business days before I could get even a partial credit; today is Friday so the claim wouldn't start processing until Monday. I explained that without those funds, I had no money for food, gas, bills, etc. I asked for an immediate credit of just $100 to live on until the claim processed. They refused. When I requested a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor would say the same thing and then they hung up on me. I understand that these things happen. I was totally willing to wait on the remaining funds if they could credit the account with just enough to live on and basically got told, "too bad" .People trust banks with their means of survival and should feel comfortable that, if a situation like this arrive, there is a contingency plan in place to ensure customers aren't left with nothing. A financial institution such as Chase, are well within their means to provide a temporary credit.I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated; not to mention flabbergasted at this institution's lackadaisical approach to resolving this matter. Once I get my money back, I am closing this account and moving to an institution that understands the significance of managing someone's money in a way that doesn't leave them with no means of survival.******Update******The bank closed my investigation stating that there where no other issues reported on that ATM so I would not be receiving any credits to my account. When I requested the details of the investigation, I was told those could no be provided and I would need to have them subpoenaed. I have already reached out to a lawyer. I am dumbfounded as to how a multi-trillion dollar company, the 5th largest bank in the world, can be so callus and disengaged when it comes to protecting their client's livelihoods. It's now the principle of things and I refuse to sit back and allow them to steal money from me. I'll update when with a resolution as soon as I have one.

Bare minimum or less. Worst branch I’ve been to for helping a customer. My experience was less than the minimum. And don’t get to close to closing time.. they like to close early.

Worst customer service. Called ahead of time multiple times, and nobody answers the phone. Decided to walk in at 1pm, they were not super busy as nobody else was in line, and they took 10 min to acknowledge me. I was told i'd have to come back because the person that could help me didn't have lunch yet, i can set up an appointment, or go to another location. I asked about appointment times. The guy said he would get the appointment times for me, then immediately asked another customer if they needed help. He chatted with them for 5 minutes with no sign of getting that info for me, and i walked out. Nothing professional about the interactions i had with this person. Other locations aren't like this at all. I was able to call in at another place nearby, get on the phone with someone immediately, and they said that we can walk in and they would personally get what we needed.

Terrible customer service. Made excuses for why notary can stamp my document. "They have to leave for lunch". Why cant they just leave after they stamp my document? Wont go back.
