Monica Villanueva was pleasure to work with opening a new account for my wife. Friendly, professional, excellent customer service. I recommend this branch highly in the Allen area than other branches around. If you are scheduling, look for Monica!

Monica Villanueva went above and beyond and took care of me when my scheduled banker was not available. Instead of canceling or making me wait longer past my apt. time, she stepped in to help me open my business account. She was very thorough and transparent throughout the entire process and made it go by real quick. Thanks!

My disabled client lost his benefits because of this bank. For the past 17 years, the other bank managers have always done his paperwork and returned it back to me. The bank manager that sits in the first office to the right is very unprofessional. My client lost his benefits because of a lack of care.

So glad this convenient branch exists in the neighborhood! Everyone here is always friendly yet professional and efficient. I wish for times "back in the day" where bankers stayed put in a community and knew your name/family when you went in to do banking BUT I know those days are long gone so it IS still nice to go into a small bank and least receive good quality service.

This is the ONLY Chase bank I have found with an outside ATM that NEVER EVER works!!! It’s so frustrating that our local branch never works. And there’s no option for a late night inside ATM OR another outdoor option. PLEASE FIX YOUR MACHINE!!!!

The drive up hours are 6pm yet I came here at 5:20 pm and the place was closed. I guess they just lock up and go home whenever they feel like it. So pissed I wasted my gas driving there just to find out they randomly weren't open during listed business hours. Poor management obviously

We Opened the account online and had to go in to add a joint user to the account. Walked in a was greeted by a lady who told us she would have to check their availability (in a branch with multiple employees and no customers) she then told us the manager would help us if we would wait ten to fifteen minutes which we said would be fine. While we waited an elderly couple came in to open a Checking account and a different woman who seemed very put out by this told them they would have to have an appointment. In the end she walked them back and set them an appointment and they left, and then then that lady shot out for her lunch. After twenty minutes we walked out too having never spoken to anyone else either. I don’t want to bank somewhere that acts so inconvenienced by their own customers. We went to capital One and were treated great and they were even busy and had less employees!

My mother went in to open an account with my 92 yr old grandmother and were turned away because they needed an appointment . They left because they understood. A few days later returned for their appointment only to find out they needed items that of course she didn’t have . Why would you need a credit card to open an account? She is is 92 yrs. old . Passport and birth certificates weren’t enough . Chase you have to do better ! Very disappointed. We have to advocate for our seniors. They are not supported in this modern world we live in .

I have plenty of funds in my chase bank accounts to cover a check I just tried to cash at this branch. The person refused to cash it, telling me a lot of incoherent reasons, which when I pressed, she would not elaborate on. Finally she told me I could deposit the check then withdraw money. Seems like more trouble than it is worth, cash my check. Then , after acknowledging that I have plenty of funds stated that the issuer of the check would only let me deposit the check not cash it! I called the issuer and the bank and found this was completely false. Both stated that they had no idea why chase would tell me this. I'm not sure what the deal is, why chase would want to force me to deposit a check just to withdraw funds immediately. You need to do your job and stay out of my business.
