Condescending remark from a salesperson that a $139 jacket was "out of my price range" after just spending $350 in the store. I left the store, ordered the jacket online and picked it up at THE SOUTHLAKE STORE. I might be wearing a T-shirt and yoga pants in your store but my wallet is fully capable of purchasing anything in the store. Won't be back (and neither will my wallet).

Judy and Pam were the most exceptional sales help EVER! I enjoyed their help and positive remarks! Actually it encouraged me to buy even more than I intended AND I had FUN! Let me first start off by saying, I am a huge fan of the Chico's brand. I have shopped at several of the locations and have always had a good experience. That is until I visited this particular location on 07/3/2017. From the time I walked through the door, the look I received from the elderly sales lady ( Colleen) was like I didn't belong in that store. I'm not sure if I looked like I was there to shoplift because I had a bag from another store in my hand , but she immediately asked if she could put by bag behind the register while I shopped. At first I didn't think anything of it and said yes, then proceeded to look around the store. Every time I picked up an item she was right there asking if she could put it behind the register, after the a couple of times of obliging her, I politely said no and proceeded to the check out, she was making me feel more and more uncomfortable and harassed ... I will NEVER EVER shop at this location again!!..
