Went to the location 6/24/25 to make a return, with tags attached and receipt. It was a large return and I understand if there isn’t enough cash in the drawer for the return. But the sales associate at the time (around 6:30pm) and manger were extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked how much do they have for the return, I was told “it was none of my business”. My only option was to take a merchandise credit. This left a bad taste in my mouth and doesn’t encourage me to shop there. If you’re spending money they will help but in return they don’t want anything to do with you.

I love Chico's Off The Rack! It's always a pleasant shopping experience going there, with the great selection, reasonable prices (I have snagged some great bargains), and the excellent customer service, thanks to Amanda, who was so personable and helpful. I highly recommend Chico's Off The Rack!

Chico's at Allen Premuim Outlet has been one of my favorite stores for many years. Their customer service and pricing has always been excellent. This morning, I worked with their manager, Amanda (not 100% sure on the name), on an over charge of a purchase, and I was very impressive on how she was able to handle the situation with ease and keep me as a happy customer. She went beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Chico's for giving your employees the autonomy to make everyday decisions that help to retain customers!

I received a disconcerting and unnecessary phone call this morning from the store manager, Gabriela, after shopping at this store last night. Needless to say, the calls did not end well. She HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES as she repeatedly raised her voice, interrupted me multiple times, spoke rapidly, made false accusations, referring to me as “harassing.” It was like speaking with a child. One of her tantrums came after I calmly asked for her District manager’s name and phone number. She immediately hung up on me! How unprofessional!! I called back and requested the information again and listened as Gabriela interrupted me once more, with her raised voice, saying she would have the manager contact me. I will gladly speak with her manager. I had driven 20 minutes, and later sat in Christmas traffic at the shopping center for 25-30 minutes. I have shopped the Chicos brand since 2002, and equally enjoyed my time as a former Soma employee. Needless to say, I’m very loyal to its brand and mission! Upon arriving, the employee at the store remembered me and we spoke about family. I let her know I absolutely had to use the restroom and asked to use theirs. She was hesitant to tell me to go elsewhere because she knew me. I let her know that I wouldn’t make it elsewhere. I was hesitant to let her know I was having a procedure after Christmas.I’m very embarrassed to write on this platform that I began wetting through protective undergarments. I quickly laid my pocketbook and keys at the register and just ran to the restroom! I did not want to have another accident and have to leave. As I exited the restroom, the employee explained their policy, and I kindly let her know that I understood and sincerely thanked her. I’ve been suffering the incontinence since the summer and each time the ladies have allowed me to use the restroom. The employee and I began shopping together, and I usually shop about an hour, she was excellent as always. This morning, on Christmas Eve, Gabriela’s call was, in my opinion, was hasty, not knowing the situation in its entirety. She could have asked what had transpired, but didn’t. If Gabriela’s had expressed understanding and compassion, the interaction could have ended with better results. She demonstrated immaturity, an inability to handle her emotions and lack of professionalism. I too, Should have handled my responsibilities better. I should have sought out a ladies room before entering Chico’s. I have enjoyed relationships with all the ladies employed at Chico’s Off the Rack! We recognize each other by name! Now THAT’S , excellent customer service! However, now, I contemplate taking my business elsewhere.

The clerks were extremely helpful and the prices were excellent. Nice store and clothes displayed very attractively. I made 4 purchases and will return.

Worst experience i’ve ever encountered in any retail store, i was there to make return which is something that should take a few minutes and the store was completely empty, they proceeded to charge my card by accidents TWICE, I was there for an hour and a half 40 min past their closing time while they were on the phone with customer service trying to figure it out, They finally ended up refunding me the money that they charged me and claimed that the return was also done but when i asked for a receipt they said they wont be able to give me one and then the customer service that the return wasn’t even processed after that whole time so i just took the item and left. Absolutely ridiculous the whole mall was closed and i was there until 9 pm while fasting with my elderly grandmother waiting in the car for me and they wouldn’t even let her in the store to wait with me because they were closed.

Normally the staff is terrific and friendly and the store has a good selection.Today the staff had a condescending and unfriendly attitude as if I was bothering them by shopping .
