I am always treated like a neighbor by the team at Christian Brothers in Allen. During our recent visit Huxley really listened and did a great job explaining what was going on and why. I really trust that I will always receive honest and thorough service and fair pricing.

highly recommend this mechanic shop! They are very honest and professional, which is rare to find these days. They don’t try to charge you for anything that isn’t wrong, and they always explain everything clearly. They give you a full inspection, let you know exactly what needs attention, and never pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I really appreciate their honesty and the peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Definitely a shop I trust and will keep coming back to

Went there for a pre purchase inspection on a car. I will absolutely recommend them because of their excellent customer service !. They were very nice and polite and after the inspection they had provided not only detailed descriptions of the problems but also with pictures! Also one of the team member called me and talked about each and every problems in details. They were very friendly and respectful.

This was my first time using Christian Brothers for my car repair but it definitely won’t be the last. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process seamless. The communication was good, the repair was great, and they provided a thorough analysis of the car. I would recommend them 100%.

Just did another state inspection for a 2nd year in a row here. I've been floored each time with how friendly and accommodating their staff is. They offer a complimentary shuttle service, or allow you to wait in their lobby. They did a free vehicle inspection and showed me, with pictures, where there were some points I should consider taking care of soon. I was offered a fresh baked cookie as soon as I sat down which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, they give your car a quick bath before they pull it up to the front for you. They're such a drastic change to the usually cold and perfunctory interactions I've gotten at other businesses in the past. Wish I had found this place sooner.

This Allen crew was excellent! I really appreciated their diagnosis of my vehicle and the importance of making the repairs.

They offered excellent service and moderate pricing, but only for the first two visits. I compared prices on each visit, and on my first two visits I was charged fairly. I had to cancel the third, as I found prices elsewhere at less than half the cost they were asking.
