Because of this theater me and my little brother missed an event we have been anticipating for a while, we had to go to a later showing all because the larger guy working at 7pm on September 11th at the bar, i will NEVER return to this theater again

As a frequent movie club member, I have never been more disappointed. The person checking my ticket tells me that they don’t allow backpacks and asks can I put it back in the car? I have never been harassed about my bag I have with 3 kids! As a mom I always have blankets, baby wipes, tissues, etc. And on top of that I had a pick up order with popcorn, ICEEs and snacks as well. Also this is my second time coming here this month alone and the popcorn is cold and tastes stale. I only come this particular theatre for either the kids camp or if the time works better but never again. Will continue to frequent the Legacy location or find a new theatre all together.

Cinemark Allen is a decent spot to catch a movie, but it’s not without its flaws. The location is convenient, and parking is never too much of a hassle. The lobby is spacious, and the ticketing process—whether at the kiosk or through the app—is straightforward. The theaters themselves have comfortable seating, with reclining chairs that make longer films more enjoyable, and the sound and picture quality are generally solid.
However, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. On my last visit, the floors in the theater were noticeably sticky, and there was leftover popcorn in several cup holders. The bathrooms, while functional, felt like they could have used a mid-day cleaning. Concession prices are also on the high side, which is expected at most theaters, but it stings a bit more when the popcorn isn’t particularly fresh.
Customer service was hit or miss—one staff member was polite and helpful, while another seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than assisting guests. Crowd control during busy showtimes could also be better, especially with people talking or using phones during the movie.
Overall, Cinemark Allen gets the job done if you’re looking for a casual night out at the movies, but it’s not quite the polished experience it could be with a bit more attention to detail.

I’m very disappointed with Cinemark. Their kettle popcorn machine has been broken for months and still hasn’t been fixed. Last time I came, they told me the part would arrive the next day, but nothing has changed. If I had known they wouldn’t have it, I would have gone to another location. Such a shame, since it was one of my favorite snacks.

Movie was good. Popcorn was stale. It was SO HOT in the theater! We complained but nothing was done. The hallway is frigid and the theaters are boiling! No need to bring a movie blanket that's for sure!
