Customer service and prices were great! The woman working was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and even helped me find a place nearby to possibly find something else I needed when they didn't have it.

Tiffany fixed the piercing that the other staff person didn’t get correct. They were nice and took care of me, Grace wasn’t able to get much right. She didn’t even sign me up for the frequent buyer club correctly. Oh well. Still they were nice. Thanks Tiffany!!

I have got my ear piercing here, the women did twice in the same ear since she did it in wrong location and it got swelling and unbearable pain and I removed the studs. They charged me 90$ I thought it would be all good. The holes got filled due to I removed them early and I went back within 1 month to show it, she told I need to pay again to get it done. It’s her mistake she did it twice on the same place. Anyone I got same piercing at shahnaz for 35$ with no issues.

my experience at this claires was terrible. the map said it was open until 9:30 but it was closed at 8, and i was planning on getting my ears pierced. and when i got there an employee was inside but would not talk to me. it was very rude and i would not recommend going to this claires. the one in stonebriar is better.

We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.

Bought new ear rings for $65 and while buying sales person said rings can be exchanged and cannot be returned. Studs were not holding on to the ring so we tried for exchange and sales person rejected saying no exchanges and also said the ear rings are used. I never go to this Clairs again. Staff does not KNOW about the products and policies. Before committing anything to customers they should know policies. They are very rude.worst experience ever.
