"Hey everyone! I just visited this incredible store with an amazing collection of dresses, bags, and shoes etc. My brother found a pair of shoes he loved and got them at a great price. I also fell in love with a bag, but I'm torn between Coach and Tumi. I'll definitely be getting one soon! The staff was really nice too. Can't wait to go back and make my decision. I been going here for years, always a pleasant time, but whoever worked on 02/12 the closing shift, yall are rockstars! I can tell yall are genuinely amazing employees! I love the vibes and generosity of this store! I was not in the mood to shop (I had to do a return), but I will definitely be back soon to shop!! Blessings to the amazing coach staff and amazing experience each and every time!

Does not say you need a Id to pick order up and they still make you wait 30 minutes to get your order once you get there don’t understand what’s the point of store pick up then

I made a trip to Allen to check out the Coach Outlet Store. Where they were out of my purse that I wanted, I found 2 pairs of adorable shoes, so the trip was well worth it. Harold was so helpful and helped me find my size. Love me some Coach!
