Walmart customer service is bad but this one is DUMB!!! I walk up behind another customer and an employee is standing there starting at nothing. I looked at him and he looked at me but just stood there. After about 10 min(im still waiting), another customer walks up to him and he rings up the refund.
I complain to the manager and the manager defends him. I know CS at walmart is bad but WOW...

Do not buy any Roblox card from Walmart
Because this is all scams my kids bought Roblox card from Walmart and when they were going to upload it then guess what it was Empty there was Nono balance in the card we wasted so much money, we tried getting a touch with one of the employees but no1 ever answer phone calls
