Can’t give 0 stars, or else that’d be the case here.
Cassey was the attendant at this store, gave me a ton of grief about a return with a receipt, brand new condition.
My size 8.5 was very snug, tried with skinny socks, still snug. She was forcing me to exchange for a different size, when 9 is too big.
Eventually made the return after convincing me to keep them didn’t work. CH said box isn’t a requirement for a return, so I left it at store when purchased. Unfortunately, this lady is just someone who has no business being in customer service.
Note, the first attendant was also disrespectful, service just isn’t something they care about. Regardless of how much respect I had for CH, they won’t earn my business nor from my family after how they humiliated me.

Bad quality bad customer service.
This shoes has only been two weeks since i bought and i have only put this occasionally but the guy at the store only insists my fault.

Bought some flats and after 2month the soles are already coming apart and the "decorative" part is coming apart. I called Cole Haan and they told me to contact the store and noone helps me. So be aware

This has been a go-to store for me until I ran into issues with their return policy. I understand the 30-day return policy, but you would think there would be some leniency on a case-by-case basis, especially when you have been sick. Nope, the shoes I bought were brand new, never worn, and I was 12 days outside of the return policy timeframe. I would have been happy with an exchange for a different size, but they didn't even allow that. My household will no longer shop here.

Me and my wife went to store to buy a shoes , since I wearing for almost 10 years and I have been in this location many times, but this time I picked up a shoes and they told me if you buy another pair would be %50 off! So we pick another pair too , but the lady that works over there, she didn’t know how to calculate it and got help from the guy that work there and he said just give him 50 percent of the first one which was cheaper than the second one and when I asked him he was rude and told me do you want your refund which I never ask for refund! We drove 25 miles to get there and be treat like this! What a shame to owner and customer service! Specially first customer in store! Never ever go back! And maybe this is the best reason to look at other brands!

Nice style but terrible quality. I bought a pair of Cole Haan shoes on Sunday and when I got home, I realized they were a little small. I never wore them. On Tuesday, I put them in the car to return after work. When I got to the store, the short amount of time in my car warped the rubber soles and the store refused to allow me to return them. Avoid!

Came in to exchange a shoe I ordered online for a smaller size. Was told by the staff that the shoe was "worn" and they couldn't process the exchange. Shoe looked fine to me when I received and was in the same condition as it was shipped to me in, I'd just tried it on and walked around a bit before I realized it didn't fit well. Their suggestion was to go online and ask for a refund since they shipped me a worn shoe. I drove straight to another Cole Haan location and had the exchange processed no questions asked, no hassle. If you want a customer service experience that won't make you hate a decent brand, I would recommend going to another location.

Great place to stop ✋️ by and get some nice shoes ?. They have the most comfortable ? ? dress shoes ? ? ? I have ever worn. They staff were all super ? friendly ? and helpful. They had a great ? selection of items, and seeing ? that it's an outlet store, the stock is always changing ? so if you see it ? and like it, I suggest you buy it because it may not be there nest time. I know you will like them as much as we did... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

I have been shopping here for years. First time to have boots delivered. I received 1 pair in the mail and the 2nd pair is lost. You would think Cole Haan’s policy would be to send the customer a new pair and they would work out the lost pair with the delivery company. Nope, you (customer) have to wait 8-10 days for a claim to process and be complete. Than get a refund or wait for your shoes to come in the mail. Whatever happen to take care of the customer first. I love Cole Haan shoes but the experience this time is a 2 star.
