We arrived prior to closing and the doors were locked and we were told they were closed yet it was not 8pm and they were doing their shut down routine. It is poor customer service to turn away customers prior to closing time.

Good selection, but I wouldn't exactly call this an outlet store. Prices are the same as online, so don't make a special trip thinking you are going to get good deals.
