We’ve had a fantastic experience with Crème de la Crème School of Allen! Both of our kids attend, and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care, attention, and education they receive. The teachers are warm, professional, and truly invested in the children’s growth and well-being. The curriculum is well-rounded, and our kids come home excited to share what they’ve learned each day. The facilities are top-notch—clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning and creativity. We feel confident knowing our children are in such a nurturing and enriching environment.

My daughter joined the school about 3 months ago at age 5. I wish we made the move to Creme de la Creme earlier! She enjoys her daily life in Creme and learns a lot of new things at school! All teachers, admins and director are very friendly. Lots of events and different topics to explore for both kids and parents. I am happy with the school and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at Crème de la Crème Allen, and I can’t say enough good things about the manager, Tammy Fischelli. Tammy has always been incredibly caring and attentive with the children, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both kids and parents.
The school offers so many fun and enriching activities that kept our child excited every day, and we always felt confident that learning and joy were equally prioritized. One of the things we’ve loved most is the strong sense of community among the parents — it truly feels like a supportive network.
Even though we are no longer enrolled year-round after more than two years, we’re thrilled to return for summer camps, where our child gets to reconnect with old friends and continue making great memories. We are so grateful for the positive impact Crème Allen and Tammy have had on our family!

My daughter has been at Crème de la Crème in Allen for nearly three years, beginning in the toddler class and now thriving in the Pre-K (“Crème Prep”) program. The facility is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and rich with engaging spaces for STEM, art, music, computers, creative movement, a library, gym, playground, and splash pad. The curriculum keeps her excited to learn with themed weeks and family-inclusive activities that let us experience her growth firsthand. Their on-site kitchen provides meals and snacks which are nutritious and varied—she’s even developed new favorites thanks to their menu. The director and staff are warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in our family, greeting us daily with thoughtful updates. We also receive photos and messages throughout the day via an app, making communication seamless. We’re so grateful to have found a nurturing and inspiring community here.

My kid goes here for the last two years, and loves the school. This is hands down the best curriculum based learning centre! The teachers are excellent, attentive and compassionate and treat your children as if they are their own. The director is very approachable and responsive, always does her best to help you in any way she can! School regularly conducts very engaging activities and events for kids and parents which I love as I get to experience the efforts my kiddo has been putting at school everyday along with her amazing teachers. The facility is secure and creatively designed for kiddos with great indoor and outdoors. Check it out. You’ll love it too!!

Review of Creme de la Creme Early Learning Center, Allen, Texas
As a parent of a child who has attended Creme de la Creme Early Learning Center in Allen, Texas for the past three and a half years, I can confidently say that this institution exemplifies excellence in early childhood education. The level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care provided by the staff has consistently exceeded my expectations, fostering an environment where my daughter has thrived both academically and emotionally.
Exceptional Staff and Nurturing Relationships
The teachers at Creme de la Creme are nothing short of extraordinary. Each educator has cultivated a meaningful, nurturing relationship with my daughter, creating a strong foundation of trust and support that has had a lasting impact. These bonds have not only enhanced her learning experience but have also contributed to her social and emotional development, ensuring she feels valued and understood. The staff’s commitment to fostering these connections is evident in their daily interactions and their ability to tailor their approach to meet the individual needs of each child.
Proactive Communication and Behavioral Support
One of the standout features of Creme de la Creme is its proactive and transparent communication with parents. The staff promptly informs me of any behavioral concerns involving my daughter or her peers, enabling me to address issues consistently at home. This collaborative approach allows for effective reinforcement of positive behaviors and correction of any challenges. Additionally, the teachers provide detailed daily reports that offer insights into my daughter’s activities, progress, and overall well-being. This consistent feedback loop ensures that I am always informed and engaged in her development.
Comprehensive Parent-Teacher Collaboration
Creme de la Creme’s commitment to partnership with parents is unparalleled. In addition to daily updates, the center conducts formal parent-teacher conferences twice a year, during which teachers provide in-depth assessments of my daughter’s academic and social progress. These meetings are thorough, constructive, and tailored to address specific milestones and goals. What truly sets Creme apart, however, is the accessibility of the staff. Teachers are readily available to answer questions and provide guidance on a daily basis, creating a seamless and supportive partnership that feels like an extension of my parenting team.

Please read the below childcare deficiencies this daycare was cited for for their mistreatment of my three year old. Worse yet they did not inform me of the incident, my daughter did.
More expensive does not equate to better or safer. I am so grateful that I have children who are extremely vocal and could tell me word for word exactly what occurred, as confirmed by video footage. My child was dragged around a classroom when she didn’t want to participate in circle time. She was dropped, bruised and scared. She was then screamed at in her face by the teacher. To say that this is the last place I would ever send my children is an understatement. This entire incident was witnessed by another teacher in the classroom, who did not step in to stop it.
She had bruises and scrapes form this incident. The handling of this situation made it even worse. The administration did not inform me of the events, my three year old did. This event took place in the early morning, and the teacher was not removed from the classroom and was allowed to be in contact with my child and other children. I wasnt told details about the event until over 24 hours later. I wasnt given an incident report until I requested it and it was dated almost a week after the event. The incident report they issued was a blatant lie compared to the video footage I was shown. This incident happened after we had already given our notice to the daycare for an unrelated incident, in our final few days there.
There is no situation in which I would recommend any child be sent to the center. The issues, in my opinion, stem from onsite leadership, burnt out teachers and corporate leaders. I don’t think this will be the last incident of this nature at this daycare.
Straight from the DFPS site:
Prohibited punishment - grabbing and pushing:
This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation by the Department of Family and Protective Services and was found to be deficient. The caregiver’s use of physical force (grabbing, dragging, lifting) violated discipline guidelines. Video footage, statements, and bruising provided evidence of non-compliance
Prohibited punishment - humiliating, rejecting, yelling
This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation by the Department of Family and Protective Services and was found to be deficient. The caregiver engaged in prohibited disciplinary actions. Instead of utilizing constructive behavior management techniques, the caregiver physically handled the child in a manner that resulted in distress and potential harm. Video evidence and witness statements confirmed the violation.
Report situation placing a child at risk:
This standard was found deficient during an investigation by the Department of Family and Protective Services. The caregiver failed to implement appropriate discipline methods in compliance with state regulations. Evidence, including video footage, child statements, and documented injuries, confirmed the use of physical handling that violated required non-violent, positive discipline techniques. This failure placed the child at risk and demonstrated non-compliance with safety and supervision standards.

2 words, Kinder Care. Creme was wonderful before the company was acquired. Since then the quality of care and education has seen a very obvious and unfortunate decline (Your child won't be learning Mandarin). There is a reason that almost all of the decent reviews were posted well before Creme was purchased.

Both of my children have attended Creme de la Creme since 10 weeks of age. My children are my #1 priority. From the moment my wife and I stepped into Creme we knew it was where we would send our children. There has never been any question or doubt about our choice. We checked out other places in Allen and nothing compared to the safety, the cleanliness and and outstanding curriculum offered. The staff there has become like family to us. The care that they give our children is unbelievable. My 4 year old comes home knowing Spanish and Mandarin, writing his alphabet and numbers, and now knows his shapes. This is all stuff that will prepare him for Kindergarten next year.Lisa gave us our first tour of Creme and answered my wife's 600 questions. She was patient and kind and knew our worries about being first time parents and understanding what we were looking for. She also did tours for my mother in law and my wife a 2nd and 3rd time. She always took time out of her day to sit with my wife and go over everything. She made the whole process of transitioning from maternity leave for my wife to going back to work seamless. She understood how hard it was to have to go back to work full time and send your baby to daycare. There was and still is constant communication about our children. Never once were we left in the dark or questioning something. Our questions are answered promptly and professionally. They want what is best for our children so we value what they suggest as far as movement in classes go. They are with our children full time, so we put our full trust in them that they make the right decisions that benefit our children's educations. We have never had any issues with Creme. In fact, it is going to be hard to say goodbye once our kids head off to Kindergarten. I could never put into words how much we appreciate the love and care that the staff members have shown our children. They simply are the best and the Creme de la Creme of the daycare world.
