Bought the new liner for my above ground pool from crown pools - they were helpful and knowledgable in getting me what I needed. And they referred me to Marcos Coronado for installation. Marcos and his team were great! Everything was priced reasonably and it all was done in two days. Other companies had declined the work because i have a deck around one side of the pool but that was no issue with these guys. Everyone was helpful and very professional! My pool looks great again!!

From sales to service and even chemicals, Wes and the folks have great customer service. Our pump switch broke and they replaced the complete pump no questions are. Companies that honor their warranty are few and far between these days. Thanks for being the best.

Highly recommend Crown Pools!! I bought my pool beginning of 2021 with no experience of owning a pool! They have made it so easy for me to learn and maintain my pool during all the seasons throughout the year! Crown pools is the way to go!

I recently purchased a filter tank system from Crown Pools in Allen. Josh was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase and installation process was done right. His dedication to Crown Pools and passion for helping his customers is unmatched in this area. I strongly recommend anyone in Allen to use Crown Pools and specifically ask for Josh when you visit.

I bought a $14k pool from Crown Pools and have been dealing with faulty pumps and missing parts (which I'm having to pay a third party to come out and install) for months. Crown Pools is more concerned with blaming me and treating me as though I did something wrong or am trying to get something over on them than helping to get the situation resolved. I just want what I paid for, no more no less. They did offer to call another store (that'd I'd been to several times) to see if they had the part I was missing on my defective pump, but I ended up just paying for it so I could be done with Crown Pools. I would not work with them again.Services: Design

I had a pool that was impacted by the winter storm and been needing to replace it. I was lucky to come across Josh at the Allen location. He knew it was important for me to get a good replacement and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He was working alone and multitasking helping other customers, and me without skipping a beat and still managed to make the process seamless. After I purchased the pool, the contractor needed additional parts to complete the project and typically they won’t release the parts w/o payment first and Josh was willing to work around my schedule to help accommodate the contractor and my work schedule which was very much appreciated! I am happy w my purchase and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking to get a pool.Service: Above ground pool installation

Well, .....I believe Crown Pools would be a great place to buy a pool but....I have not been able to get anyone out to give me an estimate for cost of pool installation. Been waiting about 6-7 months. So no pool
