My experience with CubeSmart was excellent! Jaclyn was great. She took good care of me and explained everything in detail. She made it a breeze to set up a space at CubeSmart. I felt great that I was able to get in and take care of this and get out as I’m in the middle of moving my mother into assisted living and trying to get her house, cleaned out and sold. I can’t Say enough about how good this experience was. Thank you, Jaclyn and thank you. Cube Smart!

I frequented this particular CubeSmart many times over the course of a 1 year period and I’ve seen many a personnel change, however the person who has caught my attention the most in this year and past, Jennifer has done an outstanding job ever since she moved over here if I had to estimate she has worked at this location for 6 months (more or less), outstanding job, she has been very accommodating, not to mention professional, she has been the best one to take charge of this location, I appreciate her outstanding customer service, on top of her excellent aftercare (not required for her to do that, she is a genuine person, it’s not like she gets paid extra for being considerate of client relations)

Jennifer has been amazing. Top notch cares about customers and facility. Follows up to remind about reservations and took time to let me see place a few times and even gave me some options as they opened up. Truly a joy to have her here. I feel my stuff is safer and she always goes extra mile and that’s why i went with this location. I was shopping around for storage places she is reason i rented here and facility is clean and great location. Thank you

The facility is nice, the location is great, and access is easy. However, due to the constant rate increase, I was forced to look elsewhere for more reasonable storage fees.

I have been using Cube Smart in Allen for 15 years. They have a great facility and the current managers Jennifer and Nick go out of their way to help with any questions. I highly recommend this location due to these two managers.
