I had a great experience with Custom Ink's Carrollton office. We needed t-shirts for my youngest son's graduation, and Caroline was able to get me set up! She was great to work with and went the extra mile to make the process so very easy. And the quality of the shirts did not disappoint! I'll definitely be back for our next family celebration!

Before I Start - go to Vista print for better service and cheaper products, I'll explain more below... sorry it's going to be long so I can explain it allThis place used to be amazing... my wife's an artist and has used Custom ink for years and years... last month she ordered hoodies and got the most ridiculous price we ever heard.... so she went to Vista print and saved over $600 dollars by going to vistaprint... she contacted Custom Ink this month to see if they would do something about their pricing, and they offered her $10 off... basically slapped her in the face verbally. So, their quality is good, but not worth the money nor dealing with these rude people!! GO TO VISTAPRINT for better service and people who care about you because Custom Ink only cares about profits and not customer loyalty with someone who's been there for almost a decade (10 years) this isn't the first time we have had struggles with Custom Ink, but it is the last time we will put up with Custom Inks garbage.Also, I see so many good reviews and people who loved their service.... so why was my wife treated like garbage? She does LGBTQ artwork and it makes me suspicious that it could be a problem with Custom ink and her artwork.....GO TO VISTAPRINT... You will literally save $100's of dollars and be treated better

Chris did an AMAZING job of accommodating such a late order. He was available and helped with every step of the process from making sure the design was correct to even sending a tax exemption form since I was ordering it on behalf of my church (which I didn’t even think about). Thank you soooo much for your wonderful service! Chris from Custom Ink will always have our business. ☺️

Great customer service and guidance with selection of the right shirts for my new business. The shirts that I was interested in that they did not have in the store, they were willing to order samples so I could see them/try them on before I placed my order.
