Apparently they do not actually open the pharmacy at 8a. It is 8:54am and the pharmacy still is not open. Very unprofessional service for a large corporation like CVS. Our prescription was filled here so I don't have another option right now.

COUNT YOUR PILLS WHEN YOU PICK THEM UP!!! I started using this pharmacy when the CVS closed at Ridgeview and Custer because it was the closest to our house. They are consistently slow but we haven't moved to another location due to the close proximity of this location. However, today that will change. I opened the bottle today for my 30 day prescription for Gabapentin (a nerve pain medication) that was picked up recently. I could tell that the bottle didn't look like it had very many pills in it so I counted them and sure enough there were only 16 pills, 14 short. I took the pills and pharmacy receipt to the store today and spoke to the pharmacist who refused to admit that they could have made a mistake or that one of their employees could have taken the prescription pain pills. The pharmacist insinuated that it was probably someone in my house or me that took the pills. However, there are only two people that live in my house and that's me and my husband. I know I didn't take them and my husband won't even take Tylenol for pain because he's paranoid about getting addicted to painkillers. So, the missing pills could only have happened at the pharmacy unless a pill fairy came into my house and took them. Therefore, I'll be switching my CVS pharmacy location as soon as I identify which one near me has the best reviews. And in the future, I will pick up my prescriptions inside the store versus the drive thru and will open them and count the pills in their presence before leaving the store. I just wanted to give some advice to count your pills, especially for narcotic pain pills and other prescription pain pills that someone might want to use or take and sell.

The people working here are friendly. And there are a lot of sales. But if you want a discount, you have to join the membership.

Wow, if this pharmacy wasn't so close, I would have already switched. That said, I think we have had enough.
A few months ago, I took note of the way the lead pharmacist was talking to her technicians. While I waited, it was like 3 differed interactions and all were belittling and downright abusive.
My wife went to get an Rx filled for our son's flu diagnosis yesterday. She came home and was astonished at the same thing. I had not even said anything about my observation previously. She also said that there was 1 of the 3 meds needed that was unavailable, but the tech could not say why, or recommend a nearby CVS that had it. When my wife asked, the Lead (mean Asian lady), snipped that everyone is out and she would not call around. Turns out, the CVS at Target (just down the road) had what we needed. Not to mention how pleasant the personnel are there. Never again will we visit the Alma location.

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've ever used. No one seems to know anything, they are slow in refilling prescriptions, and none of the pharmacy employees seem to have an acceptable grasp of the English language. The only good thing is it's close to my house, otherwise I'd have gone elsewhere long ago.

Never will I step foot in a CVS again! Even If they are the last store on earth, which is highly unlikely if they run all of their pharmacies like this one, which they seem to. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Horrible service at pharmacy. They can't be bothered to pick up the phone and help customers. Leave a message the voice response recorded message says. Goes into a black hole. No one ever responds. Avoid this location.

If I could select no stars I would. First of all the lady at the window you can't understand at all. She refused to tell me why my daughters inhaler was put on hold, only stating I had to come inside to be helped. Upon going inside, the person at the desk had horrible customer service skills and a terrible attitude. Again not helpful and told me to go to the other counter instead. Still not explaining what the issue was or why the prescription wasn't ready 24 hours after my daughters doctor approved the refill. 41 mins later, person #3 was finally able to give me my daughters inhaler. This is the 4x in a row I've had issues with this pharmacy and promptly transferred remaining prescriptions elsewhere.

The black cashier with an accent should be fired She has a bad attitude and poor customer service. Not sure why she still has a job there. No wonder people used to work at this location quit.

This is the absolute worst CVS. No one knows what they're doing, and no one cares. Customer service doesn't exist, they are so rude. Take your money elsewhere.

This CVS Pharmacy provides the worst service, and the most upsetting part is the woman working the drive-thru window. Her attitude is absolutely NASTY. She was rude when asking for my info, and she literally THREW my medications in the window basket and forcefully pushed them forward--practically "throwing" them to me. Literally, all I did was pull up to the window to pickup my prescription--didn't ask her for anything, no confrontation--nothing. It felt like she was mad because she had to work and infuriated because a customer came to get their prescription. It was my WORST and most bizarre experience in a customer service setting in a very long time. CVS Corporate needs to do something about that location and THAT employee! If I could give a zero-star review, I would!
