Never will I step foot in a CVS again! Even If they are the last store on earth, which is highly unlikely if they run all of their pharmacies like this one, which they seem to. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Horrible service at pharmacy. They can't be bothered to pick up the phone and help customers. Leave a message the voice response recorded message says. Goes into a black hole. No one ever responds. Avoid this location.

If I could select no stars I would. First of all the lady at the window you can't understand at all. She refused to tell me why my daughters inhaler was put on hold, only stating I had to come inside to be helped. Upon going inside, the person at the desk had horrible customer service skills and a terrible attitude. Again not helpful and told me to go to the other counter instead. Still not explaining what the issue was or why the prescription wasn't ready 24 hours after my daughters doctor approved the refill. 41 mins later, person #3 was finally able to give me my daughters inhaler. This is the 4x in a row I've had issues with this pharmacy and promptly transferred remaining prescriptions elsewhere.

The black cashier with an accent should be fired She has a bad attitude and poor customer service. Not sure why she still has a job there. No wonder people used to work at this location quit.

This is the absolute worst CVS. No one knows what they're doing, and no one cares. Customer service doesn't exist, they are so rude. Take your money elsewhere.

This CVS Pharmacy provides the worst service, and the most upsetting part is the woman working the drive-thru window. Her attitude is absolutely NASTY. She was rude when asking for my info, and she literally THREW my medications in the window basket and forcefully pushed them forward--practically "throwing" them to me. Literally, all I did was pull up to the window to pickup my prescription--didn't ask her for anything, no confrontation--nothing. It felt like she was mad because she had to work and infuriated because a customer came to get their prescription. It was my WORST and most bizarre experience in a customer service setting in a very long time. CVS Corporate needs to do something about that location and THAT employee! If I could give a zero-star review, I would!

This literally has to be the worst pharmacy in the world, yes the world!!! The lady working the window through the drive thru is the most unprofessional, rude person ever. There's no "Hello", Good morning or even "how can I help you". She just stares until YOU say something and when you say Good Morning it's still nothing... It's a constant rolling of the eyes and you have to spell and repeat your name at least 10 times(no exaggeration) until she gets it because she's barely paying attention. Weirdo

Worst \\\"pharmacy\\\" section...literally 5 times they messed up with my daughter prescriptions...either they say the medication is not available or misinformation or it was sent to wrong location while I see it with my eyes the physician sent it to correct address...today they came up with lies that they sent a txt to my wife phone that medication is not available!! When I asked them when and how, the pharmacist told me through the App...we are not even in their app...then changed her words maybe a txt message which we didn't even receive it...such a LIERS and unprofessional...with all that, they asked to come inside instead of the drive thru just to tell us lies...and the pharmacist didn't even bother herself to let us know the alternatives or what to do in this case...shameful

at least it opens 24h... i was able to get an eye drop at 10pm and self check out (only in case you know what you need and that does not require prescription)

The cashier at the pharmacy was horribly unprofessional and rude. Not just for me. I had to go back through the line 3 times, so I saw many interactions with her and other customers. She acted as though everything was an inconvenience. Her superior was not much better.

Horrible service. I scheduled a Covid and flu test for 5:15p. I arrived on time and went to the drive thru per instructions where there were 12 vehicles in line with one lane operating. Didn't reach the window until 5:32p at which time I was informed a test could not be completed past 5:30. After explaining I'd been in line 20 minutes the manager informed me that I should have arrived 15 minutes early per their "website video". Of course barely able to sit up or read I didn't take time to browse their website. Instead I sent fire to the confirmation email labeled "all you need to know before your appointment". Nothing mentions arriving early or accounting for their understaffing. Everyone was curt and showed zero empathy to my situation. Each time I try CVS the experience is negative. They really need to do better with customer service. I will not give them any business going forward.

For some reason the pharmacy experience has been so much worse in the last few months. Here are my last 3 experiences: 1.Drive through sign says “drive through closed come on in”. So I go inside and get in line behind 2 others. The pharmacist says she is only going to serve the 2 in front of me then close for lunch. 2days later: same sign on the drive through. I go in again. One person is working and the line is literally across the store. Waited 45 minutes just for a quick pick up. 3. At this moment: received a call they are out of stock and to call if I want to pick up at another store. After spending 5 minutes working through a phone menu that really really wants me to ask for more refills I have been on hold for 37 minutes and 42 seconds and counting. Don’t want to hang up and try again to go through that nightmare of a phone menu (btw don’t cough or you have to start over). I guess it gave me enough time to write my first google review. I have used this pharmacy for years with no problem. I have never been dissatisfied until recently but this is seriously messed up. I will have to move on. It can’t be this bad everywhere.
