Nobody ever picks up the phone!Got a text message saying my prescription will arrive after a week (while I'm sick). They either don't have enough stock or their service is terrible.The CVS should at least try to get it from a nearby pharmacy if they don't have it at their store.

The male pharmacist I encounter every time is consistently impolite, and the medication is never prepared even after three hours.The way they treat customers varies to the extent that it feels like racial discrimination.After four years of using this particular pharmacy, I no longer wish to go there since the arrival of this new person.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy hands down. Thr pharmacist named Vakula is just down right racist. Can’t get my name right after 4 tries and insisted to explain to me her excuses for being racist while I’m on a time crunch. It’s just a bizarre experience like you are getting a vaccine at the DMV. I ended up making another vaccine appointment at a different location, because I worry the safety of the vaccine shot due to the person giving it.

I had the most painful/worst shot on my right upper arm given to me by CVS staff. You gave my shot more than 3" below my axillary. Please retake IM deltoid injection course to prevent injury to next customers.

This pharmacy has gone down hill:Due to,1 Company cutting hours of pharmacists.2 Poor quality of customer service.3 One employee, in particular, that has worked there for under a year:A) Argues with you when you bring up problems with your prescriptions.B) Became personal with me, telling me that my product should be fine because her husband uses the same product and his works fine.(Logical Fallacy)This one is particularly concerning.C) Lied about medication not having arrived yet, or that it was not in stock, when it was.I no longer feel safe getting my prescriptions filled at this location.

In last 3 days, two different doctors prescribed 2 separate set of medicine and without reading these reviews, I selected CVS Target as Pharmacy for medicine. I regret a lot that I CHOOSE CVS in TARGET,Allen,Tx as even till now they don’t see prescription and I suffering without medication. This is really ********. No comment for staff as they do their job but they can investigate why patients prescription not visible in their system. I see that is lacking there.

This pharmacist needs to be fired! She is telling me my husband doesn’t need meds and faked an issue with his script that the doctor called in! I had to bother the on call doctor because of her ignorance! I am moving all our pharmacy needs to Market Street!

I have gone to this CVS Pharmacy for about 20 years. I had the worst example ever today at this store. I dark skin male about 5' 10" and 35 years old had a terrible attitude as I approached the pharmacy. I could tell with his body language and his seeming refusal to wait on customers. After a brief encounter this individual physically threatened me and then refused to give me my prescriptions. I am 65 years old and to feel threatened by a younger male is inexcusable to me. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It seems to have gone downhill since Covid.

I took my parents to get vaccinated for Covid 19 here. The pharmacis yelled at my 70 year old mother for not using her finger to sign on the touch screen. Whatever the reason, people in customer service and especially medical services, need to be professional. This lady was rude from the get go, I unfortunately was not close by during the verbal abuse. Hopefully CVS does something about this, and gives her the training needed to serve patients better. Mind you, the other pharmacist was unbelievably nice, but sadly this one was not. I will not disclose the name of the the rude pharmacist here, but she was on duty at 2:15pm on 01/09/2022 in case CVS plans to do something about it. Which I hope they do!
