I hate this place but I have to use it for my fills per my plan. The employees act like they hate their customers as well as their jobs. The customers suffer as a result. Literally suffer. Because we end up without vital medicines due to their poor work and lack of care. Additionally they refuse to take action when they are out of stock which lately is every month. We end up going days without medication not realizing they do not have it, because they simply refuse to notify customers so we can take alternative action. They also tell untruths which is unprofessional and unethical. This location should be under corporate review for incompetence and poor management.

Worst experience ever! Placed an online order and when I came to pick it up. The guy said someone had already picked it up and didn’t want to give me my stuff. They should ask for order numbers or id for pick up orders.

After 5 years of horrible service in the pharmacy, today was the final straw. I missed a very important medication refill due to their ridiculous hours and not being able to get there on time after I was done with work…after I TRIED to get it refilled a few days prior but the pharmacist said “there was NO WAY” they would be able to get it filled. So unhelpful!!! I transferred my prescription to the CVS on Preston rd which is open until a more reasonable hour so I won’t go through withdrawal.Past incidents also include:-At least six times I have shown up BEFORE THEY WERE CLOSED and that stupid metal shutter was already pulled down. Even with people still inside, who could see me, and me trying to get their attention and being ignored, before they were closed, and still no one would help me-They change their hours without notifying you. Had no clue they closed at 5pm some days and don’t open till 11am some days until I get the pleasure of showing up and it being closed. The point of a pharmacy is so people can get access to medications THEY NEED and they make it as difficult as possible.-The techs are generally unfriendly. No one ever says thank you. The older lady that always wears a mask speaks so softly you cannot hear her even when you ask her to repeat what she’s saying. I just have to keep guessing at what she’s saying and talk until I say the right thing. I dread having to interact with this lady.-Another time a young boy in the drive through kept telling me I had nothing to pick up. I said the website says I do and then showed it to him. He said well then the website is wrong and told me to call a 1800 number and shoo me away. I got very upset and stood my ground and said I am not leaving until I get my prescription so let me talk to a manager or whatever you need to do. Turns out HE WAS SPELLING MY NAME WRONG!!! All of this headache and frustration for literally no reason.-Sometimes you get a text when your meds are ready. Sometimes you do not. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It is a mystery.I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to know this is only going to bring you frustration and missing medication. The higher ups at CVS obviously don’t care because there’s been horrible reviews on here with the same issues for over a year and nothing has changed. I don’t have any hope so I have to switch pharmacies even though this one is walkable from my house.

The absolute worst customer service. The pharmacists was literally sitting in her chair as I was told she’s too busy to fill a prescription after I waited 2.5 hours for my 3 month old daughters medication. The pharmacist was rude and couldn’t care less

Terrible customer service.Never on time with RX. Always a problem with communication on there end , long wait , this location does not have there business together. I have found this to be the case with all CVS Pharmacy locations now a days so this tells me upper management are making bad company decisions.

Horrible service at pharmacy. They can't be bothered to pick up the phone and help customers. Leave a message the voice response recorded message says. Goes into a black hole. No one ever responds. Avoid this location.

Would give a 0 if I could. Horrible service. Take a RX that I get twice a year and don’t need daily. Past two times I’ve tried to fill they don’t have it then fill the day RX expires . I got message ready for pick up only to get there and be told expired and now can’t fill and have to call dr to get new prescription. Seriously I called in RX a week ago and they were out and called again this week and left message with pharmacist. Then they filled at 2:00 day expired and I could not get there in 5 hours to pick up before closing so go next day and told can’t have it.. This exact same thing happened 6 months ago. Something strange going on here , moving our RX .

Pharmacy is extremely understaffed. Have to wait days to get antibiotics for my kids. They send automated texts saying the rx is ready, then you wait in line for 20 mins for them to say its not ready, then same happened 2 more times. Feel bad for the staff, overworked and they need more help

The asian guy with the beard at night shift was extremely rude my 2 year old just touched a car toy and he rudely asked him to leave it. Not sure why they hire people who are not people friendly my son got scared of this incident this is extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately we have this pharmacy on all our doctors offices since it's the closest. We had many occasions staff do not provide good customer service. . My son had a prescription for antibiotics and pain pills after his oral surgery. It was dropped off at 4pm and was told it will be ready at 6pm. We went at 6pm and was turned away stating it's not ready. Went again close to 7pm. Got to the window few minutes prior to 7, since there were other customers in the drive thru line it was maybe a minute or 2 left before 7. Not even asking how they can help, I was told they couldn't help because their cash register shut off at 7 and can't take the money for the transaction. I said I wouldn't have to pay for my prescriptions, all I need to do is collect the medicine, since my child needs the medicine. I had to demand that I will not be leaving until my prescriptions get delivered to me in the car. Why is this store ran so poorly?

Too slow, prescriptions never ready, customer service is nonexistent. What is consistent is how dreadful they are so moving on to another pharmacy after years and years of giving them our business.

If I could give this CVS location negative stars, I would based on the pharmacy alone. You can literally NEVER get through to a live person. You are always redirected to their stupid app or you have to leave a voicemail. The pharmacy staff here are so rude, and truly do NOT care for the needs of their customers. They are constantly out of basic medications. I am not one that ever leaves reviews so please take this for what it's worth and stay away from this pharmacy! Absolutely appalled! I will get these current prescriptions (hopefully in my lifetime) and then I will NEVER use this pharmacy ever again.

Went inside pharmacy to pick up a very important prescription, was in line at 5:55p and stood there for 5 minutes. The minute it hit 6p they said they were closed and couldn't help even though we were standing there waiting. All 5 employees in pharmacy were very rude and had no concern for urgency of the needed prescription. We were unable to get the prescription because they would not help. Thankfully it was not life and death prescription.
