Got to the CVS Minute care 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The person that checks you in was coming and going but not saying anything. Finally she asked me if I had checked in. The app didn't work so they have a small kiosk to do it.
Waited another 10 minutes after checking in and finally was called in. The first lady who takes your information was rude for no reason.
I was there for ear cleaning. Since I didn't have insurance it cost me $150. Here's what I got:
3 flushes with a spray bottle. Didn't work, she wouldn't try any more. 3 flushes total with a spray bottle with warm water is what I got and it didn't even work.

I went into the minute clinic recently and was seen by the nurse Amy! She was absolutely amazing!!! She was kind and very helpful and made the entire experience more welcoming and nice! I’ve gone to the minute clinics time before and I’ve never had a more easygoing helpful experience Amy is AMAZING!!!! Who ever pays Amy needs to give her a rise!!!

The pharmacist here (Meadows) jumps in and assists with everything. I was surprised at how much he assisted with throughput.

Charged me twice for my vaccines and tried to bill the wrong insurance. Now I'm stuck with a $600 charge thanks to their negligence. I've been trying to call their billing department for the past 2 months to get the charges straightened out, but no luck. I ended up having to open a dispute with my bank, so we'll see how that goes.

Lynn Calve, the NP tooks time to take care my daughter, waiting time was 5 minutes, next day appointment. I never thought that would be quick, easy and better than doctor's office. Love it and will do again. Thanks Lynn.

My prescription was not ready. I waited in the parking lot for them to fill it.
Got back in line at like 5:50. A card was in front of me. When I reached the window (don't know the exact time) the reception open the window. One of the technicians or pharmacist yelled from the back, we're closed. The girl who had waited on me earlier looked apologetic but didn't say anything.

Minute clinic: be careful going to the clinic because I had the worst experience with Ruth she did not help me even though I scheduled a visit she was very hostile unprofessional made me feel uncomfortable not helpful and made me cry and feel like I did something wrong . Customer service was not good . The nice lady at the pharmacy was very sweet and helpful and apologetic for that experience . And I called customer service they were also helpful compassionate and apologetic.they are putting a report to the regional manager.
