This CVS is one of my favorite stores in the area! The staff here are absolutely awesome—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I need. The level of customer service is excellent, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location!

Personally I’ve never had a problem here. They’re across the street so it’s convenient and their pharmacy has saved me multiple times when meds have been out of stock at the Walgreens down the street. And unlike other reviewers, loading a gift card is super easy to do at self checkout. It’s the way of the world now whether or not we like it

NOT even worthy of 1/2 a star... SUCH unprofessional staff associates... like they are hiring off the street...so rude to the elderly..such entitlement. we will NEVER return to this location. We will be following up with a district manager...not phone etiquette and no people skills at this joint. RUDE

Their new store manager is such a nice woman. Everyone they had prior very unprofessional and rude. I had stopped coming to this CVS because of that. However the new manager that they have is very polite and helpful.

I go into the CVS in Allen, TX located at 1550 Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002 around 12:45pm on 12/18/2024. I grab 5 Amazon gift cards and walk to check out. The clerk is sitting on a stool fairly far away from the registers. She asks me what I need. I said I need to load up on these gift cards, she says I need to use self checkout. What??? Too lazy to get up and help a customer, that store will never see me in there again. She then said if I was putting a lot on each one it may take a while at the self checkout as they system sometimes is very slow. I said, well I want to make sure these cards properly get activated. She said, I suggest you to to Kroger and buy them! WTH?!!! Too lazy to wait on customers, horrible customer service.

This CVS is the worst! Every single employee I’ve dealt with has either been extremely rude or so lazy that they refused to get up out of the chair from what I’m assuming is the break room just left of the registers.
I hardly ever leave reviews but this locations district manager should know how awful these employees are.
I’ll be going to other CVS locations from now on.

The customer service and the fact that they do not answer their phones ever, is why by far this is the WORST CVS I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's so close to my house but maybe walgreeens down the street deserves my business because they simply don't care.

My goodness! The blacklady working in this store is so rude! I couldn't even finish my sentence and she cut me off that she couldn't help. Wow. Went to the other CVS at Main and Malone and guy named Diego solved my problem in a second.

Don’t go to this store employees are really rude. This ladies working here get mad when you ask for help. OMG worst store i been visit. They need to train you employees.
