I had some specific items I needed to purchase today. The first store I shopped in did not have these. I drove to the CVS I normally shop at near the place I live, and found every item there. I was very happy! When I checked out at the self checkout register I used coupons I had received at my last CVS visit. I saved over $20.00!!!!! Amazing! I recommend CVS for drugs and other daily life needs.

Used the photo service. The very first thing I told him that I need a digital copy he said yeah yeah and printed the photos and when I asked him how will you send the digital copy he said we don't send digital copy. He was in so much hurry. Poor customer service.

I went to the drive through pharmacy today to have a new prescription filled. I told the pharmacist that I had a coupon that I wanted to use because it saved me $40. He told me to drive around CVS and come back to the window as there was a couple of cars behind me. I asked if he could just put the coupon in. Suddenly a very rude pharmacist by the name of Tom Conti told me I could not have the prescription now and that I had to wait or take it elsewhere. I told him that I didn’t understand why because I just wanted the coupon to be noted down and I would come back for the prescription.I cannot believe how rude he was. The fact that he wanted me to take the prescription somewhere else, amazed me.Going forward, I will never shop at CVS.Unbelievable!Merry Christmas!?

My visit today was just the same as most, bad. The staff reminds me of the same experience you get when you visit McD’s. The cashier Ronda had very poor customer service!

Cortez the manager was incredible we need more service industry people like him. CVS should hold on to him! He’s a great employee greeted us on the way in / was great at checkout.

This person, Takasha, in a last two years had multiple customer complains for her rudness and became a manager.Go figure.. This tells you about something.Anyway she was extremely rude with me after another sales person misunderstood me when I was returning the item and refused to fix it.Was trying to put blame back on me. Again extremely rude.Customer service???WHERE?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Run away from this store. I tried to return a blood pressure monitor that I just bought that day and the “supervisor” was so rude and was like I can’t return this because it’s a medical supply. It was still sealed and I wanted to exchange it for a better brand. I also told her where does it say I can’t return it. On my receipt I had 2 months to return it. Online it said you have 2 months. Even the label on the counter didn’t say it. She was like I don’t know where but I just can’t. The manager in the morning was very rude too. I went to another store and returned it in seconds with a manager who was smiling.

What a place. Never been to a place like this. The staff was fantastic and the boss was amazing. Yo Yo Yo it's hump day. I was the guy doing the bust that nut challange in the bathroom. If your a cool guy, not ignorant, and don't think the world revolves around you, then this place should be great. What a great place, every other review is false, trust me.

Witnessed pharmacist yelling at a customer. Even if the customer was wrong that was not how you handle someone who is needing a medication. No empathy. Called store manager to make aware of situation and was hung up on.

Always understaffed It is impossible to call them and get anyone on the phone. You call and wait for hours. Last time I wanted to check if they finished my prescription, I had to drive there because no one answered the phone. Horrible experience. They paid billions in legal fees and penalties because they screwed up and now they are making their customers pay for it. Nest if they close and let another better managed pharmacy open for business.
