It seems quite odd for you to call this establishment a gym but you don't let people train in your facilities. I can understand why there are no prices online now.
For those interested, this is a group training facility only. They do NOT let people in to workout or train. It's just another orange theory/f45.

Under no circumstances trust the management at D1 Allen. Definitely do not make a long term commitment with them. They will not contact you to tell you a changes to their trainers are happening. They will look you in the face and gladly take your money knowing the trainer you are signing up with is leaving and then claim all sales are non-refundable even before the sessions start. Protect your family and your pocket book. Look elsewhere.

Beware!!! Watch this group with your credit card. I came in for a free workout and came one additional time, the next day. I paid for the week with my CC, $39.99. I never was told about a plan, a membership, sign any paperwork regarding either. I was told I could pay by the week. I came down with Covid the next day and never returned. Upon receiving my CC statement, I see that I am being charged weekly $39.99. I immediately called and asked to stop these charges and to be refunded for the 4 weeks I was charged that I did not attend. Neither of these requests were granted. This group actually continued charging me for 16 weeks and did not stop until my CC company changed my CC account number. The D-1 contact actually told my CC rep that they had sent me an email each time they charged, they did no such thing. Essentially, I was charged $639.84 for one workout. No paperwork, no contract, no integrity. And lied to my CC company. I have filed a case with the Attorney General's office with the State of Texas, as advised by my CC company. This is wrong.
