We used DMD Realty to list our Crowley Park home in Richardson. I've known Darrell for 33 years, and I asked him what he thought sets him apart from other brokers. His answer, "Communication!" That's important in the home selling business. You want to keep your customers informed, and be available when they have questions, or when issues arise. We always knew where we were in the selling process, and he returned our calls promptly when we had questions.

As an in-house Realtor for Tricon, I had the pleasure of working on a transaction with Darrell. He is a kind and true professional. I work with many great Realtors and some of those Realtors are just able to set themselves apart. He helped his client find a home here in Texas while his client was in Florida by going to houses for his client and virtually touring those with is client. This was a quick move in so he was great about his communication with his client and myself to get his client taken care of. Just awesome to work with. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

We worked with Darrell to find the perfect rental property. We are new to the area and weren’t really sure on all the different properties. Darrell was quick to help us find different options, he kept everything in our price range, and he fulfilled all of the things we were looking for in a property. DMD Realty is the real deal! We were able to complete our first time home purchase in a quick <30 day span! Every home we viewed they knew our realtor, or previously worked with someone who had worked with him. Darrell made sure we were kept in the know and able to prepare accordingly.
Buying a home is scary— but with Darrell and the team you cannot go wrong! Just follow the guidance you are given and try to keep up!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Darrell. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge. Darrell was very patient, responsive to my questions, available even on holidays, and most important I never felt forced to make an offer. After four months of open houses and endless offers, I finally bought a house of my dream! I strongly recommend Darrell if you are looking for a hard working real estate agent.
