This store is so well-maintained and staff are really friendly. A young man named Jesus helped me out with some soccer gear today and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best Dick’s Sporting Goods in the county.

Do not shop here if you are using a cash app card. You will end up with a gift card that's useless. And they even told.me I'm stuck with a card that I wont use. Poor quality poor service

If I could leave a 0 then I would. We've never stopped and taken a look around at a Dick's before. I found a pair of Nike shoes i really liked. The signage said select Nike 25%off. We went over to the associate to get my size and check if the sale was valid. The associate came over and said ALL the tags were a few days old and they hadn't been taken down. He then said sorry. I mentioned honoring the signage since the whole shelf was tagged. He pulled the tags and said ya, sorry. We left right after that.

Unlike other Dicks, this place has no fishing gear. An entire section of Stanley cups....but no fishing gear. Hopefully this saves someone some time.

Antoine was incredible and of tremendous help today. We were in shopping for all things soccer (cleats, socks, shin guards, balls, etc) for our kiddos who are just starting their leagues this week. Thanks Antoine and the team at this store!

I guess because I wasn’t in my Sundays best I got treated as such 😂 I’ll keep that in mind the next time I come and spend $240 of my hard earned money to get my kids baseball supplies. As a matter fact I won’t be coming back I’ll go to academy where they have excellent customer service and employees willing to help! Thanks to the young man who did help me find the items I inquired about give him a raise!

This method of using a tablet to request the shoe is not working. Also, teach your employees to freakin smile and greet people rather than wandering around looking like zombies and avoiding eye contact with customers to discourage asking for help. Every dept except the shoe department is great.

I was doing a shopping order on Christmas Eve. The store was VERY busy, and store employee Chris (with the braids) went above and beyond and helped me tremendously! He definitely displayed all the skills of a manager! This type of service makes me want to return! Thanks for helping me out.

I stopped in to the Allen Dicks Store today needing help, and got the best service from Brian. What I appreciated was how patient he was in taking time to educate me about the products that I was looking for. I rarely leave reviews for retail locations, but in this age, it’s important to recognize valuable employees when the chance is given.
