Wife was shopping for new shoes and associate Omar was above and beyond. Very helpful and pleasant to talk with, he was attentive and knowledgeable. We will return to this location for any future purchases because of the customer service.

Had a gift receipt and would not give money back gave a gift card because of there stupid policies. Selection sucks! Prices are high! Customer service is awful! Buy elsewhere there are cheaper places!

We went looking for Dallas Mavericks gear...ended up finding a lot more than what we were looking for with the exception of a hat. Besides that they have a great selection and friendly staff; it's a very clean and nice store.

STEVE, this guy at the register could learn at least basic customer service. I went this morning with my dad to buy my dad some new shoes for Father’s Day and this guy steve at the register was annoyed the whole time using negative body language and having bad attitude while we were checking out with him. He didn’t say something specific but it was the tone of voice and the body language that you use that goes a long way which is really not that hard, It definitely came off as rude for my dad and I. If you don’t want to work there you don’t have to, it’s simple as that. It irritated me enough to want to write this review because everything else was how you’d expect going to a store but the end was pretty unpleasant considering it doesn’t take much to avoid these types of moments

Esther (Hispanic manager) is VERY prejudice, I try my hardest to avoid her every time I shop here however she makes it an emphasis to service me although I’ve request for her not to service me.

I called ahead inquiring about all white Nike Air Force 1s. I was transferred to Manas in the footwear department who was able to confirm that they had them in stock in the size I inquired about. He let me know that if I went to the footwear desk he could grab them for me right away once I arrived. I ended up needing a different size which they did have and buying myself a pair. The cashier at the checkout lane was working on a long transaction and Manas took over the next register to check the other customers including me. Thank you Manas for being so attentive to your customers!My little sister loved her birthday present!

Just attempted to go buy new Training shoes and gear for my wife and had the worst customer service ever. This was at 2:45 PM today. The gentleman with the braids and glasses genuinely seemed annoyed that we asked if he had shoes in my wife's size. He really did not seem to want to be working there, so we left and took our business elsewhere. We will not return, as this is the second time we had poor service here.

You might want to consider just putting the shoes out so people can serve them selves since there was three people in the shoe department and nobody wanted to help me, 3 employees and I was the only customer holding a shoe waiting for someone. I should have to go track someone down when I was the only customer in the area with 3 employees

I went in today for the first time and was not acknowledged by the employees until I searched for one to ask for help. The store is very large and I’m sure they offer a lot of products but I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service that I just left.

I was able to travel to the Allen location which it was indicated on the web site that the Columbia PFG Storm in the 2X size was on-hand in-store at that location. That is a good thing, my hat is off to the accuracy of the web site to the store inventory which in my experience is typically not the case!But, after perusing several stores one thing I have discovered is the manner in which the rain jackets in the different brands and models are stocked/presented in the store on the shelves is terribly disorganized! You have Columbia, North, Face and other brands scattered all over the floor on the racks which no rhyme or reason to each other. Instead of them being stocked on the same racks by brand, then style and size you have to peruse 8 to 10 racks to find what you want. They need to fix that!
