Always plenty of parking. The store is average as far as cleanliness. The employees are friendly and professional. The line wasn't long at all in fact, there was only one person ahead of me. It was a quick visit (in and out). I recommend Dollar Tree for simply supplies, snacks, and cleaning products, etc.

Why do I continue to go to stores where there is poor customer service? Today I went in and there was only one cashier she called for help and a young lady came to the next register. I'm not sure if this young lady had been on break or was at lunch, but she came to tack out people on her cell phone. We as customers having to listen to her conversation about He said she said, and some other stuff that did not need to be discussed in front of customers. It took about five minutes to get cashed out, and the entire time she was on her phone.Did not greet a customer, nor did she say thank you... Why is it that our younger generations do not understand customer service?

This is the worst location. Older lady in charge was so rude and unprofessional for no reason. And shelves were bare.

They must have a new person stocking the shelves! It looked so organized. I moved away from Allen several months ago. This was a nice surprise to see someone is making a difference.

It's a very convenient stop to grab basics after work. The employees are very friendly. It can be picked over at times, but the store itself is kept clean. You can always find something you need.
