What a dump. The entrance carpet could use a vacuum but has probably never seen one. Crap is everywhere. Shelves are disorganized. The check out girl was on a personal call while ringing us up. Reminds me of a flea market.

The store itself is good. I couldn't reach something. I asked Marvin for help; he ignored me while talking to Sam on the phone. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. During this time, I heard Marvin talk about his wife, having his prostate checked and losing weight from this jar of supplements that he tried (bought 1 jar to try; it worked, then bought a 3 pack and now on the 2nd set of 3 pack). I heard all of this, and I still received no help.
A word to the management: having airpods in your ear is the same as talking on the phone. That conversation could've waited. We shouldn't have heard all of that. The customer is why he's there.

I went by Dollar Tree to pick up some strawberry candies they usually carry. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find them. One of the sales associates, Andrea asked if she could help me find something (she could tell I was on a mission). Anyways, after looking up and down the candy isle…she said I’m going to run in the back to see if we have any back there. In these post Covid days, it’s really hard to find good customer service sometimes. But not at Dollar Tree! Andrea was there to assist and did so with a kind demeanor and a bright warm smile that was contagious! Thank you Andrea for your dedication to your customers! ???
