I have been a patient of Dr G’s for about 15 years now. She’s a wonderful Dr who is unique in that she’s got a great understanding of female hormones. She really cares about her patients and it shows- she has great listening skills and won’t talk down to you like so many Drs do. The practice seemed to really take off when Frank began working in the front office. He is always picking up the phone and handling calls and helping things move smoothly. I highly recommend this practice. When I came to Dr GUTTSMAN she helped me so much and was open to things that my previous Dr was not.

Dr. Gutsmann is a really great Doctor. She really listens and cares for her patients. She is truly gifted in multiple areas. I go for hormones, migraines and regular physicals, she can do it all!! I cannot recommend her enough.

I was charged a full amount for my annual physical exam (which is covered by my insurance) and my insurance company said Dr. Careing billing submitted the bill under the wrong code and to resubmit with correct codes for full coverage. (I’ve had no issues the last couple years with same ins). I have talked to their billing dept twice now but instead of fixing the code for resubmission, they just kept sending me the full bill via text and email everyday. And now they just send my calls to voicemail. This whole thing is stressing me out and I feel like I need to find a new general physician. Absolutely no “careing” and just money grabbing.

Years ago this used to be a good practice. They appear to have been taken over by another group. Now they nickel and dime you for everything and they take your annual physical for which you should be covered with just a copay according to my insurance, and they spam me a vague $250 statement on top of that. They will insist on a lot of extras that they say you need just so they can pad their bottom line echoing another review here.
Avoid this practice. Culture of scamming.

I recently moved and needed to find a Primary care physician. After calling many offices and being turned down I called Dr Guttsmann's office. My first impression was wow what a great experience just making my first appointment, which I didn't have to wait a month or more for. My experience with the entire team here has been fantastic. They answer the phone and actually call you back and get you answers quickly. The staff and the Doctor are very knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. Dr. Careing is the perfect name for this practice.

I have been going to Dr Gutsmann for 10 years now, she has always been so sweet and caring and takes her time with me. Their phlebotomist is awesome, never feel a thing when he draws my blood, and Frank at the front desk is the absolute BEST!

Flawless.
Arrived a little early as suggested and was in and out promptly.
Most of all is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They genuinely seem to care and Dr Mary is a wonderful soul.

I have been letting Dr. Gutsmann treat me for many years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Her staff on my most recent visits have been excellent. Frank does a great job at the front desk. I love that they have a text line so if I need refills or just have questions I can get them answered without having to call in. They are very responsive.

The staff who assisted my mom today -6/16 morning appointment- she did not introduce herself- ( tall with a short hair wears pale gray scrub today ) has attitude , was very rude and sarcastic!
Dr G and NP Jacob were very good but office staff wise- mostly unprofessional!
Kudos to Frank- help desk staff- very knowledgeable of his craft and very patient!

I’ve been going to Dr CAREing for several years. I highly recommend that anyone needing HRT would go get their care here. I’ve had a good experience with all staff, they have been friendly, supportive and attentive. The doctor is very encouraging and supportive of your overall health.

Dr. Guttsman is AMAZING! She truly listens to how you feel and she understands that every body is different and medication affects everyone differently. She works with you to not only address your symptoms, but to try to get to the root of your issue. I’ve been to many doctors and she is the first doctor in the last decade that truly listens to what I’m feeling and understands the need to adjust medication and try different things because everyone is different. This is huge as a lot of doctors say oh that’s not a side effect or oh that’s not supposed to happen, and they dismiss you. I love that she truly cares about how her patients feel and she exudes patience! She takes ample time with you and she doesn’t make you feel like a number. Her staff is also amazing, Frank is phenomenal. He is a keeper for sure. I can easily text Frank for refills or medications questions or for appointments and he quickly responds! I highly recommend Dr Careing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Guttsman for 18 years. She has always been thorough and pleasant. She is not dismissive of any of my concerns. Her staff is also helpful. I would recommend her highly.
