Service was alright got screamed by a short older white lady. I don't see how she could work there anymore but someone spilled a truly on my hiking pants and that hoe is clean so solid product. Would give 3/5 stars but not feeling it rn. Will update in a month

One of the worst customer service, there is this old lady (associate 1000195) with horrible attitude. I'm like if you hate your job for her age she should be retired, no offense but she does not deserve to have a job in customer service.

WAS an Excellent store. My greeting? You have a return? Did you buy it online - then you’ll have to return it online. Very disappointed in the entire company. I’ve been shopping EB since 1995 but it looks like it’s the end of an era. What company doesn’t take back their own product?

I really hope corporate sees this review and takes action against the store manager. There seems to be a consistency among other reviewers specifically about the customer service, especially coming from the store manager. I had a specific issue with a product that the store manager had to conjure lies to make it personal. She’s very argumentative and she refused to even listen to me, even though I had a legitimate issue. The store manager from the other location was happily able to help me unfortunately it was not enough to restore my faith in Eddie Bauer, and if these are the types of people that they are hiring, I refuse to buy their products again and keep in mind I used to spend hundreds of dollars every year up to thousands of dollars just to buy their product but unfortunately I believe in a happy customer service is essential for a successful business and I will never buy from them again. If I hear that they fire that store manager my faith in the company will be restored!

Hahaha ridiculous service, and unprofessional business. I asked if they had any pettie size and she said “I dont care for the pettie.” Wow!!! Now I know why people rated this store 1 star. LOL.

Never got a chance to visit it though it is 5 mins drive. I got a 650 down parka with price 50pct off. The clothes quality and the service are both great. The two girls are here helpful.

Went there today to buy husband pants. Looking for a particular pant. Walked by clerk several times at the checkout counter that was leaning across the counter on her phone. Never even looked up at me. Finally asked her if I could ask her something but had to wait until she finished her text to answer me. Maybe me and one other person shopping. Not like she was busy! Guess I needed her number so I could just text her!! Very unprofessional and could not care less about her job!! Ridiculous!! I won’t be back unless it’s to return what I bought!!

Great brand, horrifying customer service!
Like many others I had an awful experience dealing with this store’s staff and the store manager Jennifer in particular. What amazes me though is the fact that so many similar complaints posted here have been ignored by Eddie Bauer’s management for years! Seems like they aren’t really interested in customer’s attempts to help them to get better. Sad.
