The first time I brought my dog here I was pleased with the services and fair pricing. The second appt I was advised upon arival that there wasn't a groomer to do the bath, disappointed we left. The third visit is my last because the customer service is poor and I've never had this issue elsewhere. I arrived at the designated appt time and provided vaccination documentation. I was greeted by two employees who mentioned nothing about an appt time change or price increase. After I left I received a text message that my appt time changed from 11:15 to 12:45. I was in their presence for a good 15 minutes but neither of the two employees told me anything. When I picked up my pet the bill was over $50 more than the last bath appointment I had. The employee who checked me in decided to provide me with price increase flyer when I was checking out. Had this employee been up front with me when I arrived about the appt time change and the price increase I could have made a decision then if the appt would still work for me. Disappointing customer service.

First time coming here. I paid $75 for my dogs cleaning because I added their blueberry facial which would clean his tear stains. The groomer some how got it in his eye and cause burning of his cornea!!! I took my 7month old dog to the vet after I realized he couldn't open his eye!! Vet told me it's 100% their fault. Not only that he had an allergic reaction and all of this caused him to have a breathing issue. I had to leave him at the vet over night in an oxygen cage!! They will be held accountable for this. I had to pay a $800 vet bill because they were careless!!

The owner of this store doesn't believe in the science of wearing masks and feels that he and his employees don't have to even if you ask. This is despite the Tarrant County, TX requirement for businesses to wear masks and the CDC pronouncements, etc., etc. He obviously feels he knows better than the vast majority of physicians, scientists and hospitals in the country and the world and is willing to put everyone's health at risk for that feeling. Shop at your own risk.

Fantastic everything! The inside, the choices, the staff and the grooming. We have sent all 3 of our dogs here a few times now. Each groomer does a amazing job and they come out smelling and looking wonderful. Prices are compatible if not reasonable to other places. I recommend everyone in trying them just once and you will be sold to be a repeat customer like us.

This place is awesome !!! The manager is super friendly and you can tell she loves dogs. Great selection of products. So glad to have this store in Allen now. Everybody with dogs needs to go check this place out. 100% recommended
