Amazing customer service

I made reservations a week in a half before my reservation. 13 minutes prior to me picking up while I’m pulling up. The unprofessional agent called me saying they did not have the car. When she did open she was very nasty unprofessional in her tone towards me. Her appearance was also unprofessional she was wearing a tight leopard dress. Her wig was matted. After I took the SUV I called the customer service line, she the person who I encountered called my phone while I’m on the road and ask me did I want to return the car. Of course I couldn’t because I hade to be at my granddaughter game. When I returned the car another agent asked me how my experience was I proceeded to tell him while we walked out the same individual walked out and stopped him from checking me out because I was I was telling him a what occurred, and how unprofessional she was dressed I’ve called customer service requested for district manager or someone over here. No one have yet called I rented on April 25th

I needed a last minute rental for a business trip and lamar Jordan came through when I needed him to, he was very polite, understanding, kept a smile on his face the whole time, if I could give 6 stars I would cause his customer service was amazing, need more people like him.

I had a fantastic experience at the Enterprise location in Allen, thanks to the outstanding service from Latoya. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I came in with an issue, and she handled it quickly and efficiently with a great attitude.
There was also another team member who assisted—I didn’t catch his name, but he was equally impressive. Both of them worked together seamlessly to get everything resolved fast. It’s clear they care about their customers and go above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

We always schedule reservations sometimes months in advance, but when we get there to pick up, no vehicles available. I feel bad for the employees because they get bitched at by people for no vehicles being available, when the reservations people clearly don't know what's available or not, but still make reservations! You're gonna loose employees and clients!! Need better communication!! Would sure make for a better atmosphere overall!! Happy with the vehicles we have gotten, but poor staff having to do what they can do to make people happy! They ALL need raises and to definitely be praised for what they deal with on a daily basis!! People are not very nice these days!!

Right from the getgo, the experience i had at this location was fantastic. Rachel who is at the front desk is AWESOME. She had a smile on her face throughout and she was super efficient. Lamar was great too, he was polite and explained things well. Of all the rental car experiences I had, this is by far the best one yet! Great job guys!

0/10. I had a reservation for *two months* for a van rental for work. I double-checked earlier in the week ensuring there was a van on the lot. They called 20 minutes before my boss walked in to pick up the car saying they had nothing he could use. I had to drive 35 minutes for him to borrow my car for the weekend. I've asked to speak to the manager and they just keep me on a hold loop hoping I'll run out of steam. I will not be back for personal or business use. They’ve lost my business. How do you just disregard a reservation!?

It was quick and helpful during the process of reservation booking however I asked for a ride from home to the enterprise place but they refused as it’s more than 3 Miles radius
My home was 4.5 miles away

I had an awesome experience renting from this location. Rachel really went out of her way to meet all of my needs. I needed a rental because someone else hit me, and she even submitted a claim to the insurance company of the driver at fault and spoke with their management on my behalf. Really outstanding service.

I was a bit nervous about this location because of the reviews, but my experience was great! The rental was clean, and the billing process was smooth and easy. I had no hidden fees. Which honestly was the best part. LaToya was super friendly, professional, and kind. I arrived before they opened, but the ladies still greeted me and let me know I’d have to wait, which I appreciated. It was nice that they acknowledged me even before opening. Once the doors opened, I was out in 10 minutes, which was perfect since I had a long drive.
