Stupid AI phone system that refuses to connect you to an agent and doesn't understand the issue we're having. Absolutely useless. Hey if the company reads this? Can't even create a stupid account to log in. So you might want to fix your crappy AI phone thing to actually help the customers you want.

Unbelievably miserable experience. I am trying to “unfreeze” my credit for a check and my account has been crossed with someone else’s email and I cannot access. After a dozen tries their AI phone system is worthless and there is no way to speak to a person to get my credit unlocked. It’s truly unbelievable.

Experian makes it very difficult to cancel your membership. Do not sign up for anything on experian. Their service is crap and not worth your time. Shitty service.
