It was my very first time purchasing a suit from express and got very disappointed. I had to make 3 trips to get a suit for my husband. I returned 1 of them and the way the frontend hispanic lady was checking it as if I was trying to steal it. All i told her was it was never been used cuz my husband didn’t liked the color. And she answered in such a way which made me feel as if she was being racist towards me. I understand that its a protocol and i respect her doing the job. But she didn’t even bother to hand over the receipt and say Thank you. Someone really needs to take attention towards her. She was very rude.

The staff member let me know she was the manager and there was no one else I could talk to regarding the issue and refused to give her name or badge number

Horrible Experience at Express
I had an awful experience at Express. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t even bother to identify themselves. When I tried to return an item within the allowed time frame, instead of assisting me, they laughed in my face and called security on me. It was both frustrating and humiliating. The lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this

Worst place to buy anything, Rebecca is rudest manager anyone could hire, i bought a tie last week and a 300$ suit the week before. After i took the tie out of the hanger, it looked as in the picture. I paid with my card and used 10$ reward. Came back to return it with my receipt. Gave her the receipt she asked for the tag and refused the return, also told me that also i will not get my rewards back on my Express card. So i ended up leaving them the tie and did not get my money or my rewards back. The manager Rebecca is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and not caring about customers.
Stay away from this place at all cost.

Very limited selection. Dressing rooms were dirty with trash on the floor and all sorts of stains. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful, advised I go to the regular Express store for more selection.

The store manager is so hard to deal with I bought a shirt and never used it still have the ticket on then I went to swap it with other shirt and also I was going to buy another one. She refused claiming that the return policy is 30 days, I told her it’s just 3 days more she refused. So instead of swapping one shirt and making 90$ extra sales and keeping a good customer. She lost the money and the customer.

The manager is horrible. I was treat like a trash in the store. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The manager label things wrong and I was told he would not do anything about it. If I want I pay full price. This guy should not be a manager at all.
