Jaime is so awesome to work with. I really needed to downsize to another unit as I get rid of some things and honestly the cost of the larger unit was just too costly. Jaime spoke with me on what my options were to transfer into another unit and I was able to get it all moved so seamlessly. Instead of moving to another storage place I was able to stay where I am at and happy to say, I appreciate her service! Means more than you know.

Don’t be fooled by the WEB price. After moving in only 2 months later they raised our rate $100.00. After complaining they lowered it to a $50 increase. Then a couple months later they raised the rate again $100 this time without any notice.
Be WARNED DO NOT trust the web price as it is only good for the initial month!!!!!
We still haven’t been here a year and the price increased $150. Not sure about you. It that’s tough on anyone’s Wallet !!!!!!!!

Due to the size I was renting it increased three times within a year from 130 to 280. The rep at the location stated because of the unit size they can increase the monthly rent due to the unit of my size was all filled. I was told that they could get more than 280 a month because this size was unavailable. But their website stated something different. Of course, I found another location that only increases annually.
Next you will get these automated messages stating sorry for the increase from the owner….lol

They will continue to raise the rates. I started at 100 a month and am now paying 289. Not worth it. I suggest going elsewhere.
