My recent experience was awesome. A guy named Marcel handled my order and was great on multiple levels. His customer service is genuine, not forced or faked. I felt like I was having a conversation with someone I knew. He listened well and heard my needs without interrupting and overtalking. And he was thorough in his followup and communications with questions and progress on my build throughout the entire process. Very nice guy. The quality of the build was great as well. I think a guy named Kevin was the designer/builder. I provided a decent sketch of what I wanted and they provided good consult and feedback on what they thought would work best for my needs. I was very pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend their shop to anyone I know.
