Normally when I ship something through FedEx, I am prepared to buy their box or packing materials. Every time I am told the packaging I have won’t work. This time the cashier told me what I had was fine and he can “just tape it up”.
My package didn’t make it on the day it was suppose to. Instead it showed as not moving from Hutchins Texas. When I called FedEx to inquire why my package hasn’t been moved in 3 days, they said it was because of the package my item was in. It was incompatible. SMH.

The first time I went in, I was very impressed, I get medicine delivered every month. This time I went in there was one man Jim , he made me wait while he did his packages. Then I said, can I pick up a package and he took his time and he scanned more packages I said I have to get to work and I have to get this package first. . He said I have to scan my packages first , and he took his time scanning them, another man came out of the back , and looked at me and I shrugged my shoulders like I guess he doesn’t wanna help me. The phone rang and Jim, who was ignoring me pretty much ,…answered it while I stood there. That’s how I knew his name. He said FedEx this is Jim .
the other guy looked at him, so he finally came over to help me. I’m now late for work because he had an attitude. I guess I’ll have to go to a different FedEx. I gave it a three because it’s clean and my first visit was good but this guy he put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t need to wait When there are no other customers . I get it he has to scan his packages, but it took two seconds to pick up my package and hand it to me. I’m very disappointed because this was a convenient location for when I have to go to work and pick up my Meds.

Management needs an overhaul. Communication is lacking. I was not impressed. The one exception was the assistant manager Shaun. He was great.

I just stopped here and it was super busy but Sean provided excellent service to myself and other customers to print everything from a photo to a booklet. I would recommend this location. Thanks again Sean!

I came up from tampa. Jim and his team was phenomenal. They made me a customer who won’t shop anywhere or get prints done but here. Please go and they will take care of you. Very professional

I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I came in to drop off a small package with a pre-paid label, but the male employee told me my box was “not acceptable” because it was slightly worn. He insisted that I had to buy a new box from the store for $4, even though my package was fully intact and securely taped. I strongly suspect he was trying to take advantage of me because I am an Asian woman—this felt like clear discrimination.
I then went to another FedEx location, and they accepted my package without any issues. It’s clear that the problem was not my box but the attitude of the employee here. If you’re looking for fair and professional service, I’d recommend avoiding this location.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! Sean and the entire team were incredibly accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my printing needs were met. Sean was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing professional and efficient service!

I took my daughter in to this location to make a print of her digital art. Sean was so helpful in the process and went out of his way to perfect the print so she could go confidently into her competition to show off her talents. He even made an extra print, laminated and mounted to a stand so she could display a copy in her room as well. This was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I've recieved in a very long time, if ever, and I'm grateful for all the help, attention to detail and hard work that went into it. Parker is incredible. He was at a different location in Allen one day and he did such a great job that I had to come here and leave a review about him for his home store. He does so much and is great with customer service. Thanks Parker!
