Absolutely worst FedEx location in the DFW area. Terrible customer service with all employees being super rude, any packages I ship out end up lost go to literally any other location.

I will not be coming here again. I have come here to ship my quarterly shipment to my office for 10 years. Today, the clerk did not want to bother entering the information into the computer. Never happened at this Fedex before. I dont use Fedex to deal with a postal worker lazy attitude

Went to this location for the first and last time today. Normally use UPS but I had no choice but to use fedex. Went in needing to print a document and asked the one employee what’s the best way to print and he pointed to a self-service kiosk. The system was stuck on the screen where it said “retrieving email” for 17 minutes and when I mentioned this to the employee, asking for help and telling him I needed to get back to work his response was “mhmm” and nothing else, he did not even leave the counter to look. I have never left a negative review before, but that’s how bad my experience was, and reading the other reviews, this appears to be a common issue and I don’t know why he is still employed. FedEx, please get an employee that is actually helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The experience was so awkward, I'd rather drive my package to NY from TX. The employee was so pretentious that asking 2 basic questions was painful to answer. Do yourself a favor and walk to the UPS 50ft away.

Guy who works at this location was not friendly and was very rude . I had an argument about the service I got on that day and had to call fedex to make a formal complaint. To my surprise my package was damaged when delivered. This makes me think the reliability of the company and their Service credibility . FedEx needs to rethink their staff and their service they offer due to these employees .

Coming here to drop off another negative review about the guy who works here and acts like he is doing us all a favor by honoring us with his presence. I understand it might be difficult to deal with customers but he makes it way too obvious by being rude, unwelcoming, and making sure the customers know how much he dislikes us.
I had to go in to mail some official documentation and he definitely made my life difficult. He didn’t communicate the entire process with me and getting him to talk was like pulling teeth. I had to leave and wasn’t able to check this task off my list and now will have to return the different day to do so.
Spare yourself the pain and choose another location :)

Terrible service by the store manager. I was shipping my passport and it was very important that I get the right packaging and shipping labels. He was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I had to figure out everything myself - how to print, where to get the boxes, which boxes, shipping labels. He was right there, and was just unwilling to help. 🤷

Poor customer service. I’ve been to this location twice, having different representatives help me each time. The second being the store manager. Nothing “happened” per se but both employees had very poor attitudes and weren’t friendly at all. To the point where it was awkward. I could not imagine owning or operating a store like this and having employees like this. What a disaster.
