The shoes were on sale and it was a real sale. Some of the nicest shoes were u Der $25. Also the customer service was great. Really enjoyed my time here in this store.

I had the best experience this past weekend? All my questions were answered everyone was so kind and diligent and Ms. KJ was the best part of it, she made sure I got exactly what I needed. She maintained the utmost friendly environment ,and not to mention the store looks spotless.Thank you so much I will be back!!!!

People that work there are extremely unfriendly. Especially the Manager. The manager of the store name is KJ and she is so rude not towards customers but employees as well. I remember 4 years ago when I was shopping at the Finish Line in Stonebriar, she was working there and never changed since then. Finish Line hire ups how is she still employed after all this time? She should get fired and work for Popeyes or something.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted in the exact size which was in stock here. As most shoe stores work, you ask an employee for your size, and they’ll bring it. An employee went to the back after confirming they have it. There was another customer next to me that asked for another one too. After waiting about 20 minutes, I wondered if they perhaps forgot...? When she came out, I was about to ask if she couldn't find mine/what's up, but she made eye contact and retreated to the register. I tried a 2nd time with a different employee playing on his phone. He went to the back for another 10 minutes and came out with a shoe for someone else (and the wrong shoe they asked for too). He became unreachable after that. I wasted over 30 minutes waiting for nothing despite the fact the exact shoe and size I needed was here. It was also a Monday and not crowded. Have never experienced this before and won’t be coming back.

Didn't seem to have any shoes in the sizes we needed. The customer service was nonexistent.Edit in response to business's reply:I was shocked at how indifferent your employee was. He offered NO help. I will not be ordering online, because HE was the face of your company for me, and it was a terrible interaction.Instead, we walked across the street to Under Armor, had fabulous customer service (an employee even searched for a missing match to a display shoe for my daughter). 5 stars, highly recommend UA as an alternative. ?♀️

Employee named Donovan, the type of dude that would steal your roaches out the ashtray and try to steal your girl, tried to return the shoes for less than I paid. I was following the in store return process and that backwards thinking breech baby was unable or wouldn’t help.
