My score is specifically based on Karol and the Allen location on Greenville.I used other locations in the past and went to the Allen Greenville location only bc I just had an oil change at another location and they didn't fill up my washer fluid. The guy who helped me (tall thin w tattoos) was extremely helpful. Ever since then I only go to this location and Karol is amazing!

One of the best experiences I've had with an automotive shop. Can't speak highly enough about Jose and Nicholas, who stayed beyond closing time to make sure my vehicle was complete. They operated with professionalism and the utmost in customer service.Will definitely use their services again!

I kid you not when I say I am still waiting 3 hours in just for an oil change even when I had an appointment confirmed only to get ripped off. My favorite part right now is 9 people who walked in with no appointments get in and out before me. Always stick with your local business instead of these corporate sell outs.

I called ahead and was told it'd be 1.5-2 hours to do a balance on 4 wheels not even on the car. Left the wheels there at ~11am. At 3:30pm I called and asked if it was ready and was told "they are working on it now. Should be ready in about 45 minutes. We will call when it's ready" I showed up at 4:45 and they were exactly where I left them. 6 hours to do a tire balance. Come on folks, if you're busy just say so. Don't Lie. I've purchased at least 5 sets of tires from Firestone Auto. Never Again.

Took my car to get the tires rotated at this location in the early afternoon this last Friday 9/15. I was told the wait was 1.5 hours, however it ended up taking 2.5-3 hours. This is not a big deal, I figured they were busy and I don’t mind waiting. When I came back home however, I realized that my tires were NEVER rotated and I was lied to ? i was able to realize this because I had scratches on two of my black rims. When I got back home I realized that the scratches were still in the exact same spot (front and back right side of the car) meaning they had not touched my tires. I get that they are busy, but please don’t LIE to me and tell me you are going to rotate my tires when you’re not. I am so upset about this! I have been going to Firestone since 2012, am a credit card holder, and have been going to this location since it has opened! I am VERY disappointed in the technician who thought it was okay to lie to me about my tires being rotated, when they weren’t! I will never ever be back and am hoping they read this and whoever that technician is, gets spoken to. What a waste of 3.5 hours!

Karol is fantastic; her patience and detailed explanations set her apart. The customer service at this Firestone location is exceptional, making it my top choice among local options, mainly because of Karols assistance.

When this place first opened, it was so well run. Now, appointment or not, the wait is extremely long. 7 am appointment went all the way to 9 am. They either need more staff to back up their claims on time or be honest and say it's going to take a really long time, feel free to go on vacation.

BEST PLACE in all of DALLAS!They took me and my flat tire Tesla under their wing and I couldn’t have continued on my road trip without their care.They are truly passionate about what they do and I noticed they provided excellent customer service to everyone.

One star. AC cooling on one side. Sure, we can put it on the machine and let you know what is happening. Comes back $204 to recharge, because it had 0 amount of freon, and THEN they could shoot dye in lt to let me know. No. If that was the case would not be cooling for the past two weeks. Left with no air at all. Went to a master mechanic and air was fixed for $60. $10 turned into $204 and I'm sure I would have to pay 2, 3, or 4 hundred more for additional parts and labor. Women, beware. Freon was NOT empty.

Pretty happy with the service this place provides. I've had them do work on multiple cars 3 or 4 times and aside from one mistake where they put the tires on one of my cars on the wrong wheels (staggered) they've done a good job. They did fix that mistake right away once we drove back after realizing the car looked a bit funny. Haha. I would recommend going here.I've actually got an issue that the other Firestone in Allen, where I've gone for a couple decades, was unable to fix, even after paying them over $1000 and I'm thinking about giving this shop a chance, we'll see if they can do it (or at least tell me what's wrong) and if so, I'll definitely update this to 5 stars. I've got a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT with a cylinder 5 misfire, other shop replaced the coil twice and all plugs, but each time I got back in the car, the code came right back, that's the part that really irritates me, the other shop didn't even bother to check to see if they fixed the issue, they just kept telling me to come get my car and wasted my time and money.

I made appointment for 10am for some basic stuff, get in and was told it would be an hour and a half-2 hours. Here I am 2 hours later at 12 and the car still hasn't even been touched, not even started. what is the point of making an appointment if I'm still waiting 3+ hours, I avoid the dealership because of wait times but if they're just the same might as well just go there. Probably won't be coming back to this Firestone.
