  I recently paid for four new tires out of pocket because the warranty did not cover the wear, which was attributed to misalignment. The service I paid for included installing four new tires, balancing, and an alignment.
  
  When I arrived to pick up the car, there was no alignment report provided. Bre Rickman claimed the alignment had been completed but that the report simply didn’t print. I was expected to take her word for it. I declined, and only then was I told the vehicle would need to go back on the rack to verify the alignment — something I didn’t have time for at that moment.
  
  However, just 10 minutes later, Bre returned with an alignment report that included my name and VIN. Interestingly, the “before” and “after” numbers were exactly the same, suggesting no alignment was needed or done. This raises a serious question: if the alignment was fine to begin with, why were the tires not covered under warranty?
  
  Unconvinced, I contacted the store manager, William Streety, and scheduled a follow-up visit two days later. During that visit, a proper alignment was performed — and this time, the report showed different readings, confirming that the alignment had not been checked or done initially. William Streety (Store manager) confirmed this himself.
  
  Now I must ask: where did the first alignment report — the one provided by Bre Rickman — come from? It had my name and VIN, and I have a copy. Was this a falsified report?
  
  This experience has deeply shaken my trust in Firestone.

  Great service! Got me in and out when I had a flat tire. Told me it could be repaired instead of buying new tire. They could have tried to sell me on another but were honest and said it could be repaired instead. Will took great care of me. Very happy customer on a tight budget. Thank you.

  This is the BEST Firestone. They have not tried to upsell me or try to talk me into doing things that weren’t needed. As a petite woman who knows nothing about cars, my lack of knowledge has been taken advantage of for YEARS (and yes even at other Firestone locations… in Allen). I’ve been coming to this location for almost the past year and it is SUCH a relief to be able to take my car in and see friendly, genuine faces that I can trust.
  
  And a special shoutout to William! Today when I walked in and explained my situation with my car and my concerns about past experiences, he not only reassured me that they would take care of me, but he said he even remembered me! Which was super nice since I haven’t been to the store in months. Very very nice. I had a nail in my tire (I just knew I had a flat, didn’t know what was wrong) and needed an oil change. I picked up my car with a patched tire and fresh oil! I truly believe other locations would’ve suckered me into a whole new tire and who knows what else. Thank you McDermott Firestone!!!

  I’m so grateful for Daniel, who stayed open late on a Saturday evening to repair my tire which ended up needing to be replaced. Exceptional service like this is hard to find—I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all my tire & auto repair needs.
