Stacy Road Firestone has the best Techs Mechs and Mgrs ready to help and service any vehicle! I know I own 8 vehicles all makes and models. Upfront estimates with reasonable hourly rates and affordable options towards all repairs. Their skilled staff has many years experience just look at them experience helps when problems are complex and saves a lot then being at the Mercy of Dealerships! You guys are always helpful I had to bring my car back multiple times for an inspection because my car had been in the shop and needed to go thru a drive cycle. You were very patient and worked with me every time I brought the car in and took great care of my car.

Tim and Zak run a great shop. I always love bringing my vehicles here and often. Zak is such a handsome young stud. Tim reminds me of my father, always giving me great advice on what to do with vehicles.

Zak has helped me before and is an excellent communicator. He helped me understand what they were going to do to fix the issue. Jaron was also very helpful. Brandon checked my tires for air after the service.

Arrived at Firestone early in the morning for a flat repair. I ended up having to get a new tire I still had warranty on the one that needed repair. Luckily they had one in stock. Tim the manger was awesome and his team great service. Go and find out how great they are. Firestone Complete auto car

I don’t understand why people leave bad reviews under Dany Franco he gives the best service and knows how to talk to people my guess is the people leaving those reviews clearly are delusional I’ve been here with my mom plenty of times and I’m always happy with the help I get and communicate I understand things take time at the end of the day everyone is human but I believe Dany Franco is very helpful and the staff do their best 5 stars definitely people always remember everyone is human We are not robots 🙏🏼

I dropped off my car at 11 AM with an appointment to have just one tire replaced. When I stopped by at 3 PM to check on the status, I was told to come back in 30 minutes.
I returned at 3:50 PM, only to find that they still had not started working on my car. After expressing my frustration, they finally began replacing the tire. There is absolutely no reason why it should take five hours to change one tire, especially when I had an appointment.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, I recommend going elsewhere.

Really appreciate the personalized service at this location. Zak went above and beyond to service our Pacifica, getting us in and out without breaking the budget. We live just down the road, and have now become long term customers of this Firestone. Thank you guys 👍🏻

Decent place for simple things, but get a second opinion if they recommend additional work, as it might not be necessary. Had to fight with corporate for a resolution.
