Placed an order for pickup last night, order took a total of 13hrs to fulfill. 9hrs overnight & 4hrs after opening….for 1 item. Went into the store once I got the confirmation email, which took a total of 30mins to actually get my item in hand. Filthy, over crowded store. Shipment boxes, overstock, trash, pick up orders, baskets all over the store. Only 1 self-checkout register was open because all the others were covered with what was listed in the prior sentence. 20 of the 30mins I spent in store was waiting for an employee to locate a supervisor to tell me how I could even pickup. During me waiting, the same supervisor he was looking for passed me 3-4x & never acknowledged if I needed any help, had I been helped, or if I was finding everything okay after standing by their stock cart. When I walked in I was never greeted, & originally stood in line but only saw the self checkout with no cashier so I then went to search for an employee, which they all seemed to be in the back of the store. There were at least 20ppl in store at the time & by the time I was told to get back in line to wait another 10mins, the customers doubled to about 50ppl; equally split between waiting to checkout or still shopping. When I finally get to the register the cashier is a lady scanning items at the self checkout registers & customers having to bag their own items, defeating the purpose of self checkout. She had a stack of 20 baskets almost towering over her where she was taking them from the customers, creating even more clutter to the already wrecked store. Not sure why her supervisor didn’t give her any assistance at the first sight of the line getting longer, or why all the lanes except 1 were closed, or why the front end of the store was so cluttered with items that should’ve been in their backroom (not to mention a safety hazard for customers), why they didn’t open the main register that required a cashier, then open a few self checkout lines so the line could flow. This was my first time at this location, & maybe my 3rd with the franchise since 2016 & I will NEVER be back. The store reminds you of a Dollar General/Family Dollar with the all the crap everywhere. As a former retail worker, we never did stock during a high foot traffic time frame unless there was enough coverage to handle both tasks. It’s always clear out the store, then go back to your task. I left overstimulated. Not to mention idk why the employee that went to search for a supervisor didn’t just take my name walk to the front get my order & go back to stocking. I could’ve been out in 5mins vs 30.

Dropped by Five Below and it was exactly what it always is — so-so. Most of the stuff is cheap in price and in quality 💵🧸⚠️. You’ll see shelves packed with colorful goods and trendy items 🎧🕶️📱, but most of it doesn’t hold up for long.
That said, you can occasionally stumble across a hidden gem 🔍🎯 — a cute toy for the kids, a seasonal item, or a fun little gadget that actually works. But let’s be honest… those finds are rare 🧩⏳.
It’s a fun place to wander through if you’re killing time or on a tight budget, but don’t expect top-tier quality.
Quick, cheap, and fun — just don’t expect too much! 🛍️🤷♀️🤹♂️

get rid of self check out registers if you aren’t going to have them open at all. either that or get employees who will actually be at the register providing efficient and good customer service.

Great Customer Service Provided By Manager and Team. My daughter lost her phone and they found it. The follow up provided by the manager was amazing and he made the situation less stressful. I appreciate him and his team.

I love five below! It has Sanrio and all cute stuff! Also if you're on a budget visit there! It is very cheap and nice inside. Just a little messy but it soo cool!
