get rid of self check out registers if you aren’t going to have them open at all. either that or get employees who will actually be at the register providing efficient and good customer service.

Great Customer Service Provided By Manager and Team. My daughter lost her phone and they found it. The follow up provided by the manager was amazing and he made the situation less stressful. I appreciate him and his team.

I love five below! It has Sanrio and all cute stuff! Also if you're on a budget visit there! It is very cheap and nice inside. Just a little messy but it soo cool!

manager said he stops piercing at 7. store closes at 8. there should be hours for piercing listed then. doesn’t take any longer than 5-8 minutes to pierce. well stocked store though.

Disappointed in the condition of the store. There were a lot of empty racks, which is understandable a few days after Christmas. However the store in general was very cluttered and messy with items strewn all about, making it difficult to find things as well as their prices. You can be low on stock but still be clean and neat. The Dollar tree in the same area was an excellent example of that.
