One of the staff is extremely rude. I went there 8 minutes before it will close, and my wife was already in the store and ready for check out. The staff stopped me at the door said they closed already. I said my family finished shopping and I just want to get in to meet them, and she said I don't care, and still refused to let me get in.

Called 4 times and was hung up on each time after asking how much they charge to resize a watch. This was very unprofessional and rude, the lady who answered name started with an A management definitely needs to look into this miserable staff.

I came in for a quick battery replacement and left feeling the a VIP!
All I wanted was a quick battery replacement, and soon as I walked in Marissa and Karla welcomed me. While Marissa was working on my battery Karla showed me around the store and pointed out the fantastic sale they are offering on the watches. By the time my battery was swapped I was ready to buy 2 more fossil watches. Even though the store was starting to fill up at this point both Marissa and Karla made me feel like family the way they took care of me. Instead of having to come back later to get my links adjusted on my watch Marissa helped me right then and there. This has been some of the best customer service I've ever had! I've been bouncing between fossil stores since 2012. I be coming back to see these two from now on.

I was at the Fossil store in Allen on October 7 and they did a great job on replacing the battery for my watch for only $25! They took about 10 minutes and were very friendly. I recommend them. They have great prices on watches also. Thank you Fossil.

Short heavy set lady working 10/4/25 late morning was extremely rude. Her condescending tone and facial jesters were so rude and cringe. After being extremely rude she told us to check out with her as we were walking towards registers to avoid her. Was popping her knuckles really loud as to intimidate during checkout. Seemed like a miserable person who needs to be humbled.

I purchased a watch for my husband here for his 33rd birthday and he loved it. However the back came off and the watch no longer works, so I took it to Fossil. Why did I do that? That’s pretty much what they made me feel like. I should’ve just did my research I guess. The representative informed me I needed to send my watch to fossil repair and he didn’t even know the information of where to send it or the proper procedure. I was very disappointed and I’m stuck with a beautiful watch that should still be working but it’s not. Customer service goes along way, however it seems companies have forgotten that.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. I selected a gold-colored pair of earrings, but during billing, the staff member helping me had trouble scanning the barcode. After trying multiple times with no success, she scanned a silver pair instead just to complete the billing process. Unfortunately, she ended up packing the silver earrings instead of the gold ones I had originally chosen.
When I returned to the store to explain the mix-up and request an exchange, the staff refused to help, simply stating that earrings are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. I completely understand hygiene policies, but in this case, I hadn’t worn the earrings, and the mistake clearly happened at their end during billing and packing.
What’s more frustrating is how casually the staff brushed off my concern without taking any responsibility or even trying to assist. I expected better service and accountability. This experience has made me hesitant to shop here again.
