Today I had a great experience at Francesca store thanks to employee her name Grace who kindly helped me hold a dress I really liked. She was very sweet, friendly, patient, and made sure I didn’t miss out on something I loved. It’s the small gestures like this that really make shopping enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service!

Had an amazing experience about 30 min before closing this past Memorial Day weekend. Every staff member was amazing- one I’d like to shout out is Shweta. She was bubbly, sweet and very helpful. She looked for different sizes for my outfits with no hesitation and made my time here so much better. I walked out leaving with two cute dresses with her help!

The clothes here are sooo cute and chic. It's aesthetically pleasant to see how they separate clothing by color. The girls that work here are nice and helpful. Love this boutique.

I wish I could give this place a 0, they treated my mother so rudely because she didn’t understand one of their deals (which was their fault in the first place) . I was getting these necklaces along with some dresses I was planning to buy, the sign said buy one get one with a $5 symbol on it. Obviously this leads one to think that each piece of jewelry was on sale for 5 bucks and you get the another one for free, and that’s what me and my mother thought. At the register my mom noticed the high price and asked the cashier, the lady explained (practically yelled at us to the entire store) how you have to pay full price ($20+ for a cheap fake necklace) to get the other one for 5 dollars. My mom who is an immigrant (english is not her first language) was confused because the sign was not clear about that, and honestly I was confused too until the lady explained because the sign did not elaborate at all. Quite rudely the lady checking out stuff out explains it again to her, acting very angry and annoyed that my mother didn’t understand. I understand you guys are working long hours and dealing with a lot of stuff, but being rude to someone for no reason is uncalled for, especially when it’s on y’all for putting up on unclear sign. I had to explain the deal to my mom and we still payed for our stuff and left, but the way the lady basically yelled at us was just so weird. I wish I got her name, but train your employees better. Everyone’s going through something, my advice is to just find a different job if it’s so difficult to be patient.

I was looking around maybe about 10-15 minutes before store closed. The woman kept saying that they are closing soon and kept telling us to hurry up. I understand that they are closing soon but it was a bit rude. But the main reason we came was to exchange a dress I bought in the wrong size. They couldn't help us since their systems were down. While trying to talk to the worker, she told us she can't help us and said she has a line to tend to. I felt as that was a bit rude as well but understandable. Maybe if she said it differently it wouldn't be as offensive. Though she probably didn't mean to be rude. The boutique was very good. The displays were neat and looked nice. The clothes are made pretty well and were cute in my opinion. Some clothes are a bit more pricey than what I normally buy but sales save the day! They have frequent sales online and in store. Cool store but not my best experience. Great for when your looking for dresses to attend to weddings or just to wear on a regular basis!! Also doesn't take too long to ship when ordering online. Definitely shopping online/in-stores again!!

I ordered a purse online to be shipped to the store on December 10th. I got a email notification that it had arrived on December 14th. When I went to the store they told me that the email didn’t actually mean it has arrived and to look out for another email. I waited three weeks and never received another email. I went back to the store to check if they had it on January 2nd, and they told me to call customer service. I waited on the phone for hours with customer service and never got a response. I had ordered this product well in advance for my bachelorette weekend, and a month later no one can tell me where my order is or will assist me in getting my money back in any way. I will never order online from them again.

I love Francesca’s but the associate at this store was very rude and extremely unprofessional!!! I will not go back!! I will only shop at the Frisco location!!! The associates at that store could teach these girls how to treat a customer!! Very unfortunate!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing! I went with my girlfriend and a staff member kindly asked us if we wanted to open a dressing room. Once we finished looking around, a dressing room was already reserved for us with our clothes inside. Another staff member took the time to find shoes that would go well with her outfit. It was so great we ended up buying the shoes the staff member picked out instead of the dress! Overall an amazing experience.

They took their masks signs down after the mandate was lifted but then put them back up! I won’t shop there again
