We have use Kimberly for years now!
She helps my husband, my parents and my husband parents with their Medicare! We would be lost without her because she understands so must and makes it simple for us to understand! We also have referrered her to friends and they are so impressed about her knowledge on Medicare.

I've been working with Kimberly for the past two years and the level of her helpfulness is absolutely superb! She is competent and personable, clearly laying out the pros and cons of the myriad Medicare Advantage plans available. This led to my making a switch to a new plan that is much more suited to my needs. She also takes a 'hands on' approach to walking me through the forms needed to switch plans by deftly typing responses to the questions in online forms during our interview. The sum total being that when I left her office all questions about options had been answered and I felt great about the selection made.
Later on, when questions arose about the interaction between my new Advantage plan and my secondary insurance she jumped in and quickly took action to sort things out with the insurers.
Most recently, I've been impressed with the proactive approach she takes with making sure I am geared up to review changes in Advantage plans during this year's enrollment period, updating my medical history, and otherwise getting everything set up to review plans with her after October 1st.
Kimberly leads her firm with great energy and caring, which is the perfect mixture of talents that makes navigating the Medicare Maze seem easy and painless!!

i found Kimberly from a postcard when i started researching Medicare. Best find I have made in along time. I dropped off of my work policy for this year and went with her suggestions.. saved my wife and I several thousand dollars. The options she gave us were so simple ... both of us were able to understand everything right up front. Its time to review and we will be making the call just to be sure we haven't missed anything for next year!

After reviewing the Fuller Agency website and several others, I texted Kimberly requesting information about how to get started with the Medicare program. She called me within minutes (after hours on a weekend) and provided some solid guidance for me. She followed up with a call the following week to provide detailed information about my options. Kimberly was soooo very helpful to me. She is soooo very knowledgeable! I have used her twice within 6 months. First, I needed advice about what was available to me via Medicare vs. my new employer's health benefits. I had a short window of opportunity to make a decision and I was able to get it done.
Next, I needed to re-enroll in Medicare. Again, I had a very short window to make decisions on this, but we were able to get it done. I even got my medical cards before the start date. (I also saved a lot of $$$, with my new Medicare and supplements!)

I recently moved to Texas from another state and needed to change my medicare account. By chance, while meeting and talking with Kim’s husband he informed me that his wife was a medicare broker. I text her the next day to set up an appointment and she called me that afternoon to get me signed up for my new account. Kim gave me important information about each plan then walked me through the process to sign up when I decided on a plan. She made the whole process very easy and kept me updated on when my account was activated. She even emailed me my new cards when she received them so I could make an appointment with an audiologist. Kim is very knowledgable about the medicare process, goes above and beyond to help, easy to speak with and very kind and friendly. I hope to have a long working relationship with her for my medicare needs.

After talking with several other Medicare experts I connected with Kimberly and she provided everything I needed to make an informed decision on the plan that made the most sense for me. Medicare has lots of options and she was able to clearly communicate and narrow down the best plans for my situation. She even recommended a new plan that wasn't offered by the others I spoke with which turned out to be the best option for me. She is extremely nice to deal with and followed up very quickly.
